Urbane Lettings have been great, they really have shone above the rest. Me and my house mates were looking to find somewhere to rent pretty quickly, and due to our busy work schedules we were initially sceptical about dealing with agents, however, Lee and James have been absolutely terrific with helping us find a place. Lee he’s enthusiastic, provides great advice and most importantly he listened to our requirements and didn’t just send us stuff for the sake of it, overall Urbane Lettings made the process of searching really enjoyable!

Great letting company - really good with communication and fixing any maintenance issues quickly. Very friendly. Lee Ramsey is quick to respond and wears all appropriate PPE when attending the property - great customer service

Lee from Urbane Lettings has always responded to any issues quickly and within 24hrs every time. He has been understanding and accommodating of covid concerns with visitors or maintenance.
Some specific maintenance issues in my flat took a while to sort unfortunately, but they did try to quickly deal with it, and fast responses to any queries in relation to it meant these issues were easier to deal with for me.

Had no real issues with Urbane which is rare for a student letting agent. Everything that has needed to be fixed has been done fairly promptly and communication with the company representatives has been swift.

Great customer service and wore PPE/ maintained social distance when attending office.

Very helpful with any property problems and is always checking up to make sure everyone is okay (which is really nice during these times). Would definitely recommend.

Lee was very professional and maintained social distancing rules throughout the visit. All matters were addressed in a considerate manner and any issues that could not be fixed on the day were reported as the survey was being done. Overall excellent service.

We've had a really good experience with Urbane. We've had a bit of confusion around our utilities, and this has been dealt with really well by Lee. This is really important to us as people new to renting. The agency has been really responsive, friendly, and willing to help. Would recommend!
