Very good service
Always kept me and my housemates up to date with house viewings, and whenever we brought up an issue we would get quick replies and updates on what would be done and when they would be at our house to fix it. Would like to say thanks to James for providing us with a good final year experience.

Amazing Landlords
Had one year at 34 Kelso Road with Urbane. The house is amazing, and any problems we had were sorted very quickly. Sending an email usually meant someone was there to have a look the same day. Thanks and well done to the Urbane team for everything!

James at Urbane Lettings has been nothing but professional,reliable and completely efficient. We were able to acquire our now beautiful home within a matter of days as James was very proactive about us securing the property by getting all the relevant forms required to be completed to us quickly. The communication is undeniable as you don't have to message twice. I'm very happy with how they have handled us so far and can only sing their praises.
