I couldn't rate Urban Sticks more highly - from Terry's rapid turnaround of my affordability assessment to Michelle's exceptional, thorough and conscientious support through the mortgage application journey and Jackie's support, you couldn't ask for a better service. Due to a temporary promotion period during the application process, I was facing an additional layer of bureaucracy from the lender and Michelle couldn't have been more helpful in advising on handling my HR department and liaising with the lender through to resolution. I cannot recommend this company enough, Rebecca made our remortgaging journey so easy and was able to get one of the best deals out in what is, a hard and stressful market at this time. Very professional and will definitely be reusing them when it comes to the time of remortaging again.

I've known Becky for a long time, it was only by chance via a mutual friend, some years ago, that I found out she is a mortgage advisor. Second time round using Becky to assist with my remortgage, and she's come up trump's once again. Considering everything that is going on with interest rates at the moment Becky found me a great deal, from start to finish the whole process has been plain sailing. We used Urbansticks after a recommended from my partners sister and have been very happy with them. My partner and I have been looking at shared ownership properties and Michelle has been fantastic in answering any questions and soothing any fears that we have had throughout the process. Firstly, I would like to start by saying that Michelle was an absolute god send. I had no idea what I was doing as I was taking a mortgage out on my own for the first time. Michelle answered all of my questions and responded promptly ... no matter what time of day it was. I was really anxious around the whole process but Michelle constantly reassured me and went over and above to get me the best deal she possibly could. Honestly can't speak highly enough about the service Michelle provided, she made a highly stressful situation so much easier. Also need to mention the service that I received from Jackie following my mortgage offer, Jackie maintained regular contact with the solicitor and ensured I was updated regularly right through until completion. Honestly can't thank you both enough - your the dream team!!!!

I can’t thank Michelle and Jackie enough for helping me and my husband purchase our first home. They both go above and beyond to ensure the journey is as smooth as possible. From reassurance, updates (even out of hours), chasing etc they did it all. I didn’t think we would stand a chance getting a mortgage due to bad credit but they both made it happen.
