Flawed product and terrible customer…

Flawed product and terrible customer service. At first the Urikar Pro 2 Heated Deep Tissue Muscle Massage Gun worked fine and was useful, but the gun's arm broke off after about a year at the place where the arm pivots. It wasn't through heavy use or damage but simply poor design and build. I contacted Urikar to ask for a replacement but never received a response. Terrible customer service.

Urikar Not honouring warranty…

My Urikar Massage Gun broke 5 months after purchase. Company asked for video and pictures of the issue. I provided that. The company is no longer replying to my emails. I asked for a replacement on their 12 month warranty. Still no response.

Be very careful when purchasing a product from this company as it appears they will not honour a warranty.

In addition, they are not affiliated with the Better Business Bureau. Other customers had a very similar experience dealing with the company.

By the way, the email address they advertise on their website does not work.

I had my concerns…

I originally had my concerns because the paddleboard was at such a good price including shipping. I reached out multiple times to Urikar support and they couldn't have been more helpful. I received the paddleboard w/ accessories exactly on the date promised and exactly as advertised. It is already adding to our fun at our beach.

Never arrived and now no one is answering me.

I ordered 2 standup paddleboards in September. They emailed me after a couple of days to let me know the warehouse was out and they wouldn't be in stock for a couple of weeks. I said that was fine, I only needed them in time for Christmas. But they never came. Someone on their Facebook page supposedly arranged for them to be shipped late November but I never got any tracking info. Now it's the week before Christmas and they're still not here, and no one is answering my emails, Facebook messages, tweets, or the phone at the two phone numbers they have posted online. All I want to know is if they're still coming, or if I've been scammed and need to take action with my credit card company.

Company unresponsive to emails and calls

I purchased a massage gun and took a week to receive. Product worked well for 2 days and then the battery stopped working and charging. Now it won’t turn on. I have sent the company 11 emails and called 18 times and still have not heard from the company for a replacement.

you must wait ...

I bought a massage gun, they don't ship it. Don't answer to my messages. I think this website is a big scam.

After a month the product arrived!
customer service don't exist, delivery times unknown, but at the end, unexpectedly, the gun arrived!
The gun is excellent, equal to teragun.

good product, bad customer service

Acquistato un loro prodotto il 1 settembre. Dopo quasi due mesi non e' stato neanche spedito.
Dopo 3 settimane li ho contattati per avere notizie e questa e' stata la loro risposta:

"really sorry for the late shipping, the inventory is still being transferred from Poland warehouse to Italy & German warehouse, there's some delays during the transport process, your order should be able to be shipped out soon in several weeks."

Dopo altre 2 settimane di nulla li ho ricontattati chiedendo la cancellazione dell'ordine. Questa e' stata la loro risposta:

"really sorry for the late update, I've checked in the system, your order was marked as unfulfiled, I've confirmed with our warehouse that your order was unfulfiled because the system did not recognize the stock when processing your order, the shipping should be rearranged soon, the tracking number will be updated via email once available."

Dopo un'altra settimana gli ho scritto di nuovo chiedendo il refund e mi hanno risposto copiando ed incollando la risposta di prima.
Gli ho riscritto per chiedere la cancellazione ma non rispondono piu'.

Mi hanno contattato una settimana fa e mi hanno detto che l'articolo era esaurito e ora era disponibile. Mi hanno mandato la pistola da massaggio che sembra molto buona.
In sintesi, buon prodotto cattivo servizio clienti.

Purchased a product from them on 1 September. After almost two months it wasn't even shipped.
After 3 weeks I contacted them for news and this was their reply:

"very sorry for the delay in shipping, the inventory is still being transferred from the warehouse in Poland to the warehouse in Italy and Germany, there are some delays during the transportation process, your order should be able to be shipped soon in several weeks".

After another 2 weeks of nothing I contacted them again and asked them to cancel the order. This was their reply:

"very sorry for the delay in the update, I checked in the system, your order was marked as non-deposited, I confirmed with our warehouse that your order was non-deposited because the system did not recognize the stock while processing your order, the shipment should be rearranged soon, the tracking number will be updated via email once available."

After another week I wrote to them again asking for a refund and they replied copying and pasting the reply from before.
I wrote back to ask for a cancellation but they don't reply anymore.

They contacted me one week ago and told me that the item was out of order and now was available. They send me the massage gun that looks very good.
In summary, good product bad customer service.
