Nothing works. For some reason they logged me out And even they're own codes won't work. Look for games not needing battlenet launcher. We need to stop giving money to companies that have no customer... See more

Battle net is the most frustrating user experience…

Battle net is the most frustrating user experience I have ever had with a game account. One, it does not let you switch battle.net accounts with game systems fluidly (xbox is a year wait). Two, every time I try to log in for couch co-op with my partner, it takes me through at least five steps to re-authorize and set up, as I don't often play couch co-op. It is so miserable, that I actually stop trying and just join the game remotely from another system. Three, purchasing in-game is so slow and clunky I accidentally purchased platinum 5 times for Diablo 4 on Xbox before it registered a purchase. I now have way more plat on that account than I will ever use. Four, whatever anti-piracy controls they have created to stop people from transfering accounts and game ownership creates severely limiting experiences for normal users, similar to point 1 above. I have to wait a year to convert from my partner's account to mine on battlenet. I won't even try now, I just use hers. I will never buy a Blizzard game on more than one account now ever again. I have a useless account I can never use because I don't want to wait a year to use it. No other game has a system like this. They all just work. This one is intended to foster beautiful migraines.

Horrendous support - Get punished for their faulty servers

Ive been playing overwatch since launch. Lately they had server issues that causes matches of 10 people to be cancelled and transferred to new maps, clearly stating "Server issue encountered".

Afterwards i asked support if we were all marked as leavers for that reason, because it seemed like it.

4 TIMES THEY IGNORED MY QUESTION, instead replying with how leaving matches ruins the game, classic template talk, which doesnt answer my question at all. Completely wasting the time of us both, ignoring my single question which was if 10 players are marked as leavers because of THEIR SERVER ISSUES.

The lack of support and respect from this company makes me feel bad about playing their game.
After ignoring my question 4 times, they finally marked my ticket as "Resolved". Even they felt like it was a waste of time, yet they could have just answered the question i asked.

They even called me Brandon at one point, which is not my name.........

My account was hacked and I sent proof…

My account was hacked and I sent proof of the unauthorized account on my battle net account. No one was willing to help or work with me. I’ve been playing cod for 15 years on console with no problems. I didn’t even play 5 times on the PC and this happens. Like I said before my account was hacked and I had all the screenshots and proof sent in. I also stream as well and never been banned from any other game . Honestly just want my refund back for the games I can’t play anymore. Terrible experience.

Download speed throttling

So frustrating that they throttle download speeds for updates, downloading 20+ GB at <1000KB/s when it could be going 10x the speed is just redundant and infuriating.

Been with Blizz over 20 years.

The experience has just gone down hill. Been trying to connect to hearthstone for 3 days- no info online to support, impossible to get hold of them.

Sham of a company after all these years and money spent.

I have owned starcraft and starcraft II…

I have owned starcraft and starcraft II since they have been available to purchase. I cannot log into my account and I cannot change my password. The fact that I have invested so much of my time and passion into a game that I no longer have access to infuriates me more than I could have ever imagined. Decades, yes... decades... of time, joy, money and enthusiasm mean nothing to the new team in charge of blizzard/battle.net. Hours of attempted logins, changing passwords etc. mean nothing to them. What is the point of having great games if you can't play them? What is the point of buying the physical disc if you can't play it? I want my money back.

Worst launcher ever

If I could give negative stars, I'd give a -5. I created an account just to write this review. This is absolutely the worst, worst, worst launcher EVER. EVER. It is weird, everything downloads at a speed of 50 KBPS (if lucky), sometimes it crashes and you have to download again. No it is not my internet which actually runs at a speed of 1GBPS and downloads games on steam at like 500MBPS. Whatever I did to fix the download speed it did not work, I can't switch to steam because I don't want to lose my account. Please don't ever use this launcher, use steam, I beg you.

I created account here only to leave…

I created account here only to leave this review. This platform is absolute disaster.
I wanted to change my country, but the tool for changing country doesn't work properly. I used my account long ago, didn't play on it at all, so answers to all security questions like "what was your recent wow character" are like "none" or "nothing". but answers like that doesn't work. I wanted to change my phone number to another country, so I can finally play Warzone. It's ridiculously overcomplicated to just change the country. Requirement for phone number is also ridicoulous, and the fact that it's bound to the country of residence. I ended up deleting entire battlenet account. There is also no way of contact support directly, so quess what. I ended up deleting entire battlenet account, which I need to wait for it to be processed another couple of days. ABSOLUTE DISASTER

I rather be touched by my non existent…

I rather be touched by my non existent step uncle than have to go through the amount of bs I had to go through to try and get cod to work. No wonder why its 45$ through them. I will pay the 70$ through steam. So irritated cause battlenet likes to perform non consensual butt stuff to me trying to figure a phone number. The amount energy and time wasted into trying to figure that out and still get no result is actually insane. I was just trying to give my lil bro cod. But now he has to go back to finger f-ing himself at tonight while crying because I can’t give him this game today. Thanks.
