Paying More for Less: A Disappointing Shift in Value
I want to start by saying that my family has genuinely enjoyed your products for quite some time, which makes this feedback especially disappointing to share. Recently, however, I’ve noticed a significant increase in prices alongside a reduction in product sizes—particularly in some of your most popular items.
This combination feels difficult to justify as a customer and comes across as a decline in overall value. While I understand that costs can rise, the lack of transparency around these changes makes it feel like loyal customers are being asked to pay more for less without clear communication.
At this point, it’s beginning to feel like poor value for money, and it’s causing me to reconsider continuing with your brand. I would strongly encourage you to reevaluate your pricing and sizing strategy, or at the very least, be more open with customers about these changes.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I would prefer to remain a customer—but these recent changes make that increasingly difficult.

Charged me for shipping after saying free shipping on orders over x amount of dollars. Then said I was getting 55% off the entire site only to see that my new total was a lot more than half of what it was. I’m not a mathematician but if you take 55% off of something that’s less than half right?

Product quality went down overtime
Product quality went down overtime. There was a time where I used to consume and recommend my protein to my friends.
With the rising raw material costs, to keep the business profitable, I didn't expect that my protein brand will compromise on the quality !

55% is a decent deal but……
55% is a decent deal. However, two things caught my eye. First the bag for sale was 130 servings. No longer in pounds. My 11 lb bag was 144 servings so it’s another way MyProtein is charging more for less. Second, I looked back to 2019 and I paid $57 for a 11lb bag. Prices have skyrocketed exponentially compared to the cost of living and wages. All I can do is cut back on how much I use and look for another supplier.

If there's always a sale there is never a sale
Their customer service is very good. I do, however, maintain that the business model of constant flash sales makes determining the actual cost of the product difficult and determining if it's an actual sale very frustrating.

What a fall from grace in 10 short years
Website UI is very cluttered and Clunky. I don't understand why one protein powder is in Lbs, another is in Servings, and another is in KG. Normalization of your product by weight is the bare minimum you can do. I shouldn't need to use a conversion chart or ask a forum how many lbs or KG your 100 serving bag is. Advertising "free gifts" in the form of signing up for other products and going through a Song and Dance to recieve and time is not a "free gift". If I need to give away information, sign up, and agree to terms outside of your website, it's not a free gift.

The Best Tasting Clear Protein
This is by far the best tasting clear protein on the market. I've tried about a dozen different brands and keep coming back to MyProtein's lemonade. Some of the other MyProtein flavors are good too (grape was my other favorite), but the lemonade is my absolute go-to. The premixed does taste better than the powders, but they are both better than anything else out there.
