Third time buying the lemon protein wafer Best tasting of the 3 flavors I tried - the raspberry chocolate was second and did not like the vanilla. Left a weird aftertaste.

My new fave is Clear Protein
My husband and I love the clear protein product and we’re excited to see that there is a sale going on today, of course we are sure to take full advantage of that. Websites is nice, but needs work
Overall, I was able to find what I wanted/needed. Although some older items were shown, but not available, like the Marvel Proteins. They sent me a text offering 40% off…
They sent me a text offering 40% off and a free shaker and when I placed my order the 40% did not come off nor did they include the shaker. The text did not indicate I had to include it in my cart. I contacted customer service and they were unable to resolve this.
For this reason I’m canceling my subscription.

It makes me bonkers
It makes me bonkers when companies as for reviews before we've even received their service. In this case, I've just placed an order for one of My Protein's products; have not even received it yet, as I only just placed the order a day ago. Yet, MP is asking for a review?? It does now cause me to question the 4+ star ratings I observe on their website.
Ask for a review AFTER we've had a chance to try the product.

Bad labels of protein sizes.
I very much dislike the changes to how sizes of the Impact Whey are labeled. All other brands label their sizes in pounds. Labeling them as servings seems like just a way to trick people into not knowing what they are ordering. This was a strong turn off.

I am a little frustrated
I am a little frustrated. I was on a subscription where I paused it last month by a month. I was expecting my new shipment this week. Then I log on to see what is up and it said it was out of stock. No warning. So I tried a different flavor but it was then telling me can't buy the 11lb package. So I canceled all and just did a regular purchase.
