Rude employee tried to overcharge me
The employee there was really rude. She called me after I cleaned and left the vehicle at the location, an hour after someone else had the vehicle to try and blame me for something left in the vehicle. I cleaned the vehicle on the property, and it was inspected before I left. She even threatened to call the police on me for what was in the vehicle. By the time she called, the vehicle had been in the care of someone else for over an hour. Then she tried to charge me over $500 for mileage saying that I went over the allotted miles. When I asked her to give me more details on it, then it changed. I actually used less than I was allotted. I won't ever recommend this place in Alexander City to anyone

We understand why the call after you had returned and, as you describe it, had the vehicle inspected was upsetting.
