U-Save operates a car hire desk serving Bristol Airport (BRS), based at The Old Forge, Bridgwater Road, in Lulsgate, Bristol. The office is located next to the Forge Motel, close to the terminal. Do not take the bus to the rental hall. To reach the office on foot, exit the terminal, turn immediate right and walk approximately 300m, then at the main airport roundabout go left and walk a further 100m until you see the office on the right. If you need help or have limited mobility, call the branch to request the shuttle service and follow the signs to the pick up and drop off area in the transport interchange. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–20:00, including public holidays.

Car fine, pick up location not great, Bristol airport a disaster
No issues with the car for the few days, vehicle was spot on.the collection is off the airport campus and takes 10 mins to get to, led me to have to drive back into the airport to collect my family, which led to a fine from both the airport and hire company, it was for pulling in safely on the side of the road to pick them up....fined by airport and an admin fee from hire company...so beware and do your homework before going near Bristol airport..

We were told we would be covered for two drivers. This was an extra cost at the pick up desk.
It was also a shock to find that we had limited mileage.
The people at the pick up desk were very helpful and kind. The car was great, quite new and very clean
