To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. U-Save operates a car rental desk just outside Lamezia Terme Airport (SUF), serving the Lamezia Terme area in Calabria. This page also covers the Lamezia Terme Railway Station desk. On arrival, exit the station and turn left, walking to the far end until you reach the bus, taxi and NCC area. Wait there and call the branch to request the shuttle, which will pick you up directly at this location and take you to the rental station to collect your car. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–21:00, including public holidays.
Something not right with your rental?
Our customer care team will look into it personally
If your rental didn't go the way it should have, we want to put it right. Email our customer care team at ics@cs.usave.com with your booking reference, the location you rented from, and a short summary of what happened (plus any photos or receipts). This lets our team review your rental with the location straight away. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team. Thank you for telling us – every review on this page is read, and your feedback goes back to the location team.
