U-Save operates a car hire desk at London Southend Airport (SEN), located in the Arrivals Terminal on Eastwoodbury Crescent, Southend on Sea. This page also covers the Southend Downtown desk. The service at the airport was very…

The service at the airport was very good. The staff at the office and on our return qere efficient, polite and helpful. However, after having booked via Easyjet and thinking all was well. I found out that I needed an at least 2000 pounds limit on my credit card. Which I did not have and would not like to have, in case it was stolen. This caused me great difficulty an was not resolved by the staff on the phone call. Only at Southend Airport was it resolved and very easily. Why could it not be prior to this.
