U-Save Palermo Airport is a car rental desk serving travellers arriving at Palermo Airport (PMO) in Cinisi, with the office based inside Providence Parking on the SS113, near the town of Palermo. The branch provides a shuttle service to take customers from the terminal to the rental desk. After landing, call the branch to arrange collection, then make your way to the pick-up point on the first floor of the departures hall, near the San Lorenzo Cafeteria, where the shuttle will meet you. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–20:00. Public holidays: 10:00–18:00.

A Shuttle bus ride from the airport. Sporadic lifts with lots of waiting
Expensive excess car insurance on top of one Easyjet sold us, you need to get a shuttle to the hire car office. On the way back we had to wait for half an hour to get on the shuttle back to the airport, after being refused access to the first two. Not worth the stress

Experience was ok
Experience was ok. It was a bit fiddly picking up the car and the transfer to and from the hire place was a bit long. Aygo X was not very nice to drive - manual would have been much better the auto box was horrible - my car at home is auto but this Aygo auto was very weird to drive! Is it a CVT or something?
Staff all friendly and knew what they were doing.
