I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company. They took me to court and managed to garnish my wages, but when I was done with balance, they coincidently sent another letter that I owed for interest. DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THEM! Go somewhere else.

Don't recommend USAWEBCASH

I took a loan out last month and paid it off in full 30 days after receiving the funds. However, during that time, USAWEBCASH had initiated a monthly payment that included the CAB fees. I normally would pay $736 fir the loan; however USAWEBCASH charged me $832. They would not be honest enough to refund me the difference. Too bad they don't
appreciate loyal customers. I don't recommend them. Shop around. There are plenty of options out there.

It was great until it wasn’t

I’ve been a recurring borrower with them for some 4 years and everything was fine until it wasn’t. The worker who was in charge of my account was friendly and honestly she was the reason I kept using them whenever I needed money fast. I’m a preferred customer at this point. Well things were great until they weren’t. I used to be paid on a biweekly schedule but now get paid on a specific day of the month. They aren’t able to easily accommodate that in my payment schedule so they just set it for every four weeks from my first payment. They did send me an authorization form I have to print out and fill out and send back to them but life got in the way and I forgot to do it. I manually scheduled payments for days I knew I would be able to pay and planned on paying my loan off in the second month. Well something on their end messed up and even though I submitted a payoff payment, I still owe. I requested receipts or statements and was told I can get them online but there’s literally nothing showing that. I’ve sent emails and requested over the phone and got nothing. No proof of payment other than a bank statement and they won’t send me any account information. Outside of this one situation, my history with them has been great, but this one situation was enough for me to decide to never use them again.

Don't use this company

Don't use this company! I wish I'd read the reviews before I got my loan. Rude, uncaring, aggressive and hostile! They don't care about their customers or your rights and do not know the meaning of customer service. Worst loan place I've ever dealt with! Thanks Nina, do yourself a favor and find a job you dont hate because it's clear you aren't meant for this one.

They have no idea what they are doing

They have no idea what they are doing. They can't tell the difference between a checking account and a saving account. Have to summitted paper work 4 to five times just so that they can say they don't believe you and then want to call your bank. Waste of a 3 to 4 day process. I canceled with them and just moved on.

If you are considering this company for …

If you are considering this company for a loan, turn and RUN. I proactively contacted these folks a week in advance of a payment due date, explaining that due to financial hardship I would need additional time to make payments. In response, the company's Director of Collections immediately took a hostile tone, accusing me of not being willing to make any further payments and implying that the loan was entered into with the intent of default. His approach was nothing short of rude, arrogant, insulting, uncooperative and even borderline threatening. In fact, one of his final statements to me was, and I quote: "This will not end well for you". The call left me very shaken and I feel this behavior needs to be reported to the appropriate state and federal regulatory bodies.

Loans for goans

Actually my son lent from here ( much to my horror ).. and frankly they were not too bad as far as loan cos go. Just seems a little hard the communication but really nothing to severe at all for this industry.
Again, the son takes after me .. we love the online time saves with everything we need.

Avoid this loan company unless you have a great deal of time on your hands.

After entering a complete set of information, twice, signing the application, and providing all types of private information, I was then, and only then, informed that other documentation was necessary. I wasted nearly an hour entering information only to be told that completion of the application required a fax machine.

Though their interest rate was lower than some, the amount of time they wasted was disproportionate to the reward.
They also request things (i.e. pay stub copy, copy of a check, et al) to be faxed to them (more wasted time), things I do not receive.

Zero customer service. They want your interest money, and that's it.

Unless you have time to burn, and love typing the same things over and over, avoid this loan company.
