Global Voice Acting Academy is onboard with Uscreen

We host our GVAA On-Demand training library on Uscreen and have been really happy with it. Clean interface, reliable video delivery, and it makes managing a subscription library surprisingly easy on the backend. It lets us focus on creating great training instead of worrying about the tech. Thumbs up from us 👍

The Backbone of Our Online Education

As an organisation focused on delivering high-quality, structured education and personal development, we needed more than just a video host, we needed a complete ecosystem. Uscreen has allowed us to build a Netflix-style learning environment that feels professional.

What truly stands out is how intuitive the platform is — both from an admin and user perspective. Uploading and organising content, managing memberships, and creating a smooth student journey has been incredibly straightforward. It’s enabled us to scale our offerings across multiple programmes, from teens to adults, without compromising on quality.

If you’re serious about creating a premium and scalable then I would highly recommend Uscreen.

Great Platform for Managing and Tracking Online Training

We use Uscreen every day to host and manage our professional training content, and it has been an excellent platform for our needs.

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, both for administrators and for our users. Uploading and organizing content is straightforward, which allows us to focus more on delivering quality training rather than managing the technology behind it.

One of the standout features is the analytics. The reporting tools are robust and provide meaningful insights into user engagement, viewing behavior, and overall program performance. For organizations that rely on data to improve training outcomes, this level of visibility is extremely valuable.

Uscreen is Awesome

Uscreen has been a very helpful tool for our ministry. Their platform is user friendly, and has so many ways to optimize our page to be the best experience for the subscriber. They also are extremely quick with helping problem solve and troubleshoot issues.

Small Businesses BE WARY of the Predatory Contract Terms!

If your business isn't already super profitable, and if you aren't a subscription-based business, I would recommend you avoid this company and their predatory contract terms like the plague!

We signed a 12-month contract with Uscreen at $799 per month under the Pro Plan. What we did not fully appreciate at the time was how rigid the agreement structure is and how limited flexibility is even in dire financial circumstances. Uscreen will happily drive your business straight into bankruptcy!

Unfortunately, the platform sales people oversold and seriously underdelivered for our business type which is not subscription based. Nothing related to one-time purchases worked well, and many needed options for this purpose just frankly weren't available or were glitchy, and required other functions to not work correctly.

In part due to the platform limitations, our business slid into severe financial hardship and became insolvent during the contract term. We reached out proactively to discuss modifying the agreement or negotiating an early termination. We were told that downgrades and cancellations during the subscription period are prohibited no matter the reason and that payments would continue to be required through the full term.

While the contract does state this in writing, there appears to be no hardship provision, no early termination option, and no willingness to evaluate insolvency circumstances. For small businesses, that rigidity can be devastating.

If you are a startup, a creator, or operating with limited runway, understand that this is a VERY fixed financial commitment regardless of your financial circumstances. Again, Uscreen will happily drive your business straight into bankruptcy. We notified them that we were insolvent, and continuing to make payments to their platform would necessitate that we file for bankruptcy. They just shrugged their shoulders, and said "sorry, there's no other option. We don't make exceptions."

Proceed with caution and be certain your revenue can support the full year commitment.

The integration for the platform is… IMPOSSIBLE

The integration for the platform is awful.
For payment processing you can ONLY use Stripe which has very high transaction fees.
Integration to any other system is unbelievably challenging!! Through Zapier you have to setup AT LEAST 4 different zaps to get all the info.
The only option is to upgrade to a paid plan but the cost is too high for the amount of transactions we are processing.
Also, even when integrating, they only give you limited data, which means that basic fields are not included!! For example, if you're getting the payments through Zapier, you CAN'T get the person's ID! also the amount charged is sent as $451 instead of $4.51 - teeny tiny difference.

DO NOT RECOMMENED!

Support is excellent

The chat help feature is excellent. It got me where I needed to go to find the info I was looking for quickly. I've also used the live chat and ticketing system in the past and all support methods are efficient and thorough.

Innovation and Support - A Winning Combo

One thing that continually impresses me about Uscreen is the innovation. There is always a healthy supply of new features, fixes, and resources. From the perspective of our customers this is appealing, engaging and one of the reasons they say with us month after month. We know new features are always in the works, and in many instances, features we suggest become part of the platform. Listening to and implementing feedback from members is a massive boon. We feel part of the service in a larger way. In addition there is lightning fast customer service, community learning, and support from our team. This allows us to do what we do best and rest assured that the tech side of our business is well taken care of! Having used other streaming providers before I can confidently say that Uscreen is far above the others.

Easy to navigate; just one qualm.

UScreen is easy to navigate and gives great insights both on the platform and through emails. My one qualm is that some updates have happened without advance notice, causing us to react to our customers complaints rather than anticipate.
