Saw the phone I was looking for on their webshop (via Marktplaats), for € 50 under the current lowest new price and bought it. Half an hour later I got a notification that is was ready for shipping.
It arrived the next day at home in good packaging, and the phone was in perfect condition.
Original receipt of purchase was included.

Terrible experience. I bought an iPad and it was not as described (with dead battery and broken Touch ID). They didn't respond to my emails. When I called them they told me to just send it back. I did it and it was delivered to them. After that they stopped answering my calls.
So now I have no money and no iPad. If you are looking for such a service, you can try it.

Went to the Breda store yesterday in order to trade in a product which i didn't want anymore.
Walked in the store and the employe (woman) sitting behind the desk said hello with a look that could kill. Still i went to the desk and told her i may wanted to sell my product. She then asked what it was so i told her and then she asked what i wanted for it. Afterwards she started typing on her pc for a couple of minutes without a word to me. All of a sudden she asked me if it is a new sealed product which i said no i used it three or four times. She then said with a firm voice that she wasn't interested after all and said have a good day in a tone i thought was very rude nor customer friendly.

My main problem with this store and treatment is that 1. if she asked beforehand if it was new or not i would have told her immediately and would not have wasted my time and 2. if Used Products only wants new products then why use the name USED ?! and lastly i don't like being talked down by an employe who clearly doesn't like her work.
Conclusion : don't ever go with your products (especially if they are used) to Used Products Breda because they don't want it or they talk impolite to you if you do try.

Hello.! Today I wanted to sell a brand new drone (Parrot Anafi FPV).The drone was valued at a price of nothing..!!!The price of the drone is around 900 euros, I received 150 euros for it..!!! Of course I didn't sell it..!!I had an extra battery and an adapter then I was offered with the drone for 200 euros..This experiment was in Romania (Cluj-Napoca) on 17.02.2023 at 11.30..The evaluators from Cluj mock people.. Something like this can happen today.. you want to sell a product and they offer you a price of nothing..!

Fast response from the shop in Alkmaar. They provided more pictures and answered my questions. The product was well protected when it arrived and everything was as described.

The website is pretty simple to use. Easy to find what you want, easy to make an order online and they deliver very fast also on time. I am very happy with their service and impressed by the professionalism they show.

Ordered via the website and nothing happened until I contacted them, then it was eventually dispatched.

But the thing with chromebooks is that they can be locked to the owner. A factory reset won't remove this lock, it has to be removed by the owner. Nobody else can log into the device without the original owner.

They are either knowingly dealing in stolen goods, and they're too stupid to know this. Or they're unknowingly dealing in stolen goods and they're so incompetent that they don't even know how to switch the devices on before selling them.

It would have taken them no more than 30 seconds to switch the device on to see that it was locked to somebody else. They are clearly not testing/checking that devices are functioning correctly before selling on anything that comes through their door.
