This company is basically fraudulent. I bought some products under a cashback arrangement. The cashback has been refused TWICE because they claim the products have been returned. After getting their customer services to confirm that the products (which are currently in my house) have NOT been returned, they are now no longer answering any communications from me.

Update: After the email they claim to have sent me below, they are now ignoring me again. So to confirm, this is basically fraud.

This is the second time that I have used Simon for my annual accounts and I can't believe how fast he is!
I left it late again sending my accounts off (of course!) but it was all completed by the next day. Unbelievable.

Ordered via the website and nothing happened until I contacted them, then it was eventually dispatched.

But the thing with chromebooks is that they can be locked to the owner. A factory reset won't remove this lock, it has to be removed by the owner. Nobody else can log into the device without the original owner.

They are either knowingly dealing in stolen goods, and they're too stupid to know this. Or they're unknowingly dealing in stolen goods and they're so incompetent that they don't even know how to switch the devices on before selling them.

It would have taken them no more than 30 seconds to switch the device on to see that it was locked to somebody else. They are clearly not testing/checking that devices are functioning correctly before selling on anything that comes through their door.

Great service for a great price. I abandoned my previous accountant just before the deadline for filing my accounts.
Simon took my trial balances and produced the accounts and filed them with plenty of time to spare.
I'll definitely be using him again next year.

Beyond doubt the worst TV and broadband provider I've come across.

So the TV is advertised as being able to "pause live TV", which you can do. But you can't rewind or fast forward, just pause, then carry on playing.

Oh, and actually, you can only do this on certain channels. All of the extra channels that we're paying extra for, have no pause facility.

These channels also have no record facility. Yes, that's right, being able to record depends on the channel! And the channels that you pay more for, you cannot record.

But then there's the recording service itself. You can select a program to record, but it doesn't record the "program", it records the time slot. If the program starts early, you lose the first part of your program, and if the program finishes late, you lose the ending. We've learnt that every time we want to record something, we must record the program before and the program afterwards just to be safe. (it's like the 1980s all over again).

And of course, you can't fast forward, or rewind your recordings either, just watch from the start, all the way to the end.

And THEN!!!!! After 30 days, all of your recordings are deleted. It doesn't ask you, it doesn't give you an option to save certain programs for longer, they just disappear after 30 days (it took us months to work out why the recordings were disappearing).

The internet connection has been fine, but it went down once outside of office hours and there's no customer service in the evenings. No emergency fault reporting line, nothing. We just had to wait for someone to notice that it wasn't working and fix it. The service came back on overnight, but of course, when there's no internet connection, there's no TV either.
