The usability issues they identified were critical, and I could immediately see how to enhance the user journey. The testers were diverse, providing varied perspectives.

This tools is worth trying out! The level of feedback I received was reasonable, especially considering the quality. Each user provided unique insights that directly related to my design challenges. The reports were clear and specific, making it easy to implement challenges. I especially appreciated not having to sign up for a subscription, allowing flexible usage as needed.

I had opportunity to use this user testing tool for my online store, and I can't recommend it enough! The insights provided were significantly. This tool need to be considered, particularly about product descriptions and checkout processes. Their detailed feedback helped me refine any approach drastically. It's refreshing to get direct input from real customers rather than relying solely on assumption. If you're looking for a practical way to improve your site, this tool is a must-try!

You won't find as many tests as other tools, but the ones that are available are legit. Most of the time you won't see any tests available, but when a test is available there are not screening you out like other tools do. I was able to take a few tests and only one of them had a screener question that surprisingly I was able to pass. You get paid in your wallet automatically after 7 days and you can withdraw the money directly into your PayPal account. Nice and easy.

This is an amazing company. Keep up the good work. The customer support is so top notch!

It's a really good way to make some extra money and I'm so glad they have recently updated their mobile app as I always had to upload manually. I just wish there were more frequent tests. Other than that, it's been great.

It was my first time of testing, wasn't too sure if what to expect BUT their pre-test video guided me and the test was quite enjoyable😂😂. It's quite encouraging to see my reward and am excited!!!

I got paid for my first test recently but have not had an available test on the app since a lot of people have been complaining about the low number of tasks which is something they need to correct.

And then they start with the "uploading issues", "mislabeled videos", "delayed payments", and so on...typical crypto scammer scheme :/
So yeah, not one bit recommended. Their "support" is useless and blames you for THEIR issues. Extra scammer logic.

EDIT 2: on top of not paying and asking for free labor they try to silence NEGATIVE REVIEWS, they THINK everyone has to like them or agree with them. If they keep trying to silence me I'll keep posting.

EDIT: they replied saying my review is fake because they THOUGHT I would give them my REAL name, yeah sure, they claim my account doesn't exist, HOW are they going to find it if I already deleted it because I'm NOT giving them my free labor. what did they expect?? to work for free and then to just happily hand them over MY information?? well think again!

Userfeel is legit, I got paid 10 dollars after testing a website that took me 15 minutes. so anyone who wants to join userfeel as a tester I say go for it

I guess it's one of the best app to earn as a part time tester at first i thought it's fake but trust me it's genuine . Yes it takes time to give test but they are worth it

I loved participating in the task reviewing the website. The company puts a lot of focus on one giving honest opinion. they are very helpful in guiding one through the tasks.
I would only wish that they give me more tasks as I enjoyed my first task.

They don't pay, have a mobile application that never uploads properly and when you follow their procedure to manually upload they claim they never got the video.
Customer support is dreadful and they never respond to emails.

I'm giving them five stars because one customer service is helpful replys quickly and was eager to help me. Also they've been quick on payment to my PayPal even helped me figure another alternative way to upload my test so I can get paid. They're available on desktop iOS and smartphone. It's a great way to make some extra cash you won't get rich but it's more then what you had. They also have surveys now I haven't personally tried that means of making money with them but overall companies professionalism great customer service and legit payments im looking forward continuing to work them in the future. Thanks for allowing me to work with you guys userfeels.

SCAM! They are scammer. I was waiting for my payment. But this site has been removed the survey optiona and survey history option. That means, they have scammed with me. They have eaten my full money. Shame u on guys. You have eaten my hard working money.

It is good to answer the survey given which is related to ours daily needs or habits or what is happening surrounding us and paout is good and fast

Update: Usefeel has paid me for the survey I completed in my review/complaint, hence I have upgraded the review. It would have been a higher rating had it been review and paid on a timely basis or when I initially made the claim.

Additionally, the survey option has been deleted due to a severance of the partnership. I take this as a serious move to remediated the problem.

I've been endeavoring to collect a payment of $13.10 for a Health Hygiene study that was duly completed on Precision Sample's end. However, Userfeel has not updated my status to reflect the completion, thus delaying the processing of my payment. I've been awaiting this payment since the study's completion on Precision Sample's wall on Userfeel's platform.

Despite my attempts to address this issue with their support team, I have not received a resolution. I was informed that it could take weeks or even months to receive credit. After verifying that the study was successfully completed on Precision Sample's platform, I contacted Userfeel once more to update my completion status. However, they are still awaiting a response from Precision Sample - how is that so, when the study is already complete. This was my first time participating in this survey, and I have not completed it elsewhere using the same survey ID. If payment is not received within the next 24-48 hours, I will escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) due to potential fraudulent activity.

One of their representatives got back to me, and they have since terminated their partnership with the external provider, Precision Sample, after supposedly attempting to contact them for pay out. That survey options is eliminated from their site as well as Userfeel's responsibility to pay me what I am owed. I will report to BBB (if possible), the FTC and file legal action against Userfeel for this lost payment with the evidence I have and they have attempted to erase.

The tasks were easy to navigate especially when you watch the demo and follow it strictly to the letter. I got paid $20. Nice one
