Registered and accepted - website keeps telling me my password is wrong one day, but not the next. No tests have been allocated to me and I've contacted support with no response. Website looks to be still in the development stage and logs me out regularly.
I've been using Userpeek for a bit now, and it's pretty solid—definitely a 4.5/5 from my UX designer perspective. Setting up tests is super straightforward, which is a huge plus. I can get a test up and running in no time, no need to mess around with any code. It's also really easy to get the exact type of users I'm looking for feedback from, which helps make sure the insights I'm getting are relevant.
Actually seeing and hearing people interact with my designs has been eye-opening. The platform records everything, so I can catch every reaction, which has been super helpful for tweaking my designs. The tagging and sorting features make it easy to keep everything organized, which saves me a ton of time when I'm going through feedback.
The one thing I think could be better is maybe having more advanced analytics. It'd be nice to dive deeper into the data sometimes. But overall, Userpeek's been a great tool in my design process.

I created an account, created the trial tests and uploaded them. First time I received an error that the test was not uploaded. Second time the window was stuck at 100% uploaded without confirmation. This is obviously a gimmick to gather website tests and not pay for those who test work. So 100% scam, as obvious as possible.

I don't recommend because of that, no test no money...
