The item is to big. I cant use the Internet Adresse to get a Label to send back. Nobody in the Company is understanding german an want to,help,me. Never Buy something at this Company. No Service!!! High Price. I feel Duped. So dont Sell,in germany of you dont want to help the costumer.

They don't reply to emails. It's a chat bot. You just get empty answers. They don't refund, and they don't exchange. The brand is just a facade. They don't live by their values. Fake

BE CAREFUL! When you wanna make a return, they give you a gift card you can use for 30 days, and most of the items is sold out so you won't be able to use it!

As it is clearly stated that each participant can only participate once in a particular study we can not accept these videos nor use them for our insight.

At GetWhy (previous Sonar), this behaviour is not tolerated as we strive to maintain a transparent and fair environment for all our participants. In these circumstances, we have decided to exclude you from our future studies.

Please be aware that this decision is final. Thus, when you participate in future studies, even under a different profile, we will reject you with no further consideration. We appreciate your past participation and wish you the best for your future endeavours.

De ignore alle mine mails om der er sket en fejl, men så behøver de selvfølgelig heller ikke sende de gavekort de mangler at betale smart træk for dem at tjene ekstra penge. Medlem i flere år har normalt haft god oplevelse men stopper pludeselig ved skifte til GetWhy platformen.

I completed a usability session evaluating the Grundfos pump selector on 9/6/2021 @ 2 pm CST with Lea. She declared my interview was successful at the end of the call. I reached out to Usertribe after the 10 day waiting period and they fabricated an excuse to get out of paying stating my session did not meet the standards. I did everything I was supposed to and my data is being used. I have been in constant communication with the client company, Grundfos, and they are looking into this. I would not trust Usertribe because they are controlling respondents in an employment manner and not compensating them for their time. I have been working hard everyday trying to get paid, but they keep ignoring me. This is the worst experience I had in my life.

Extremely untrustworthy and unreasonable: they neither have the effort to pay out my compensation or answer to mails.

Usertribe is very useful for both consumer and the product provider. It enhance the capacity of the consumer to choose better between the options at the same time it allows the provider to get the information necessary for them to give quality service which are beneficial for their consumer. Usertribe also help my income for paying me extra money,. Just wondering why it became $80 now?, It use to be $100. We'll i still thank you. Thank you again I love to be part of who survey for the better.!

It was a pleasure to participate in a research, and a good way to think about the object of such research.

The projects are fun and the prompts are clear. This is a great way to make an impact and inform consumer products!

I have had nothing but good experiences with UserTribe. They do what they promise you they would do and the compensation is more than fair.

I’ve had a brilliant experience with usertribe and find that they are consistently good no matter what. They are also very efficient, reliable and trustworthy. I really do recommend their service, they are absolutely fantastic and always put their customers first.

We had fun making videos and answering questions. UserTribe sent gift card quickly. The support and people that I talk to are friendly and polite. There were some technical difficulties for both occasions that I took part in. Although both moderator and I was present on the assigned time, we were not able to connect. We tried 30 minutes figuring out and also contacting UserTribe with no luck. The moderator told me via email that UserTribe probably will give compensation for my time. UserTribe contacted back the next day, saying they will investigate, but have not heard back from them since. The time difference is a little set back in case you encounter problem or have questions, but otherwise it is a great & fun way to let your opinion heard.

From start to finish this company makes the process really smooth. From the moment you receive the email to pre qualify to the time you get an email with the compensation.

Never had anything to complain about. And if I have Any problems or questions, I get help/answers in a few hours.
Everything works. I always get my giftcards in a few days.
