This company scammed me out of $30. DO NOT waste your time and efforts, they will rip you off.

All around satisfactory experience. Well polished web forms and clearly presented questions.

If I could go into the minus numbers I would. The whole website is hard to navigate through. The staff are not very helpful and quick to just apologise but do anything to help or resolve the problem, I also was not happy to spend an hour of my evening completing a skype interview for them to refuse to pay me as in my original survey I had not mentioned I had a side job alongside my main job. Not happy at all, in fact I have asked to close my account. There are better survey sites out there! Dont bother!

They change their programe to much. Offen you have to use a new programe for the tests and thats confusing!

Very easy system to use and perfect information to all participants.

I've tested with them for a long time, and continue to do so - recommending them to people I know along the way. I of course do it for the payouts in the end, but it's actually really satisfying being along in the process of giving companies feedback on their processes!

They are always good about communication, and the turn-over time from I do a test for them, until I get my gift card or other payout, is usually always within a few weeks. Usually it's pretty simple to get their software working as well, both on my PC and my smartphone.

Seems like an incredibly unprofessional and junk business. As part of their "application process", you will need to spend more than three hours completing a case study. And if you get a subsequent rejection, there is no feedback - they do not have that kind of resources (as opposed to their candidates whose time they have no regard for). If you call in later to try and retrieve any kind of response you get to speak to a rude employee, who will laughingly tell you that there simply wasn't a match.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Simply based on their attitude towards ordinary people.

I have made over 15 surveys and this is the way i got many new football jerseys in my collection due to usertribe.

Everybody Can do this surveys on computer or smartphone sometimes also, so it is for everybody!

I have not received my referral payment no one will respond to emails. The person who I referred completed the project and also had to fight to get paid. They will respond on Facebook Messenger but nothing really comes of it. I was finally sent an email telling me I would be paid at the end of the week last week and I still haven't been paid. I don't find it very funny either that they told me I would get paid at the end of the week last week and then also asked me to refer more people and still haven't paid me.

I participated in a test in which I had to take a stand towards different aspects of a specific website. For completing the test, I was awarded a gift voucher.

The testing setup generally worked well and provided the user the option to participate from home using own equipment. However, some of the flow, especially the introduction to the test, was very repetitive e.g. had to state your name and email four times. This could cause some testers to exit the flow even before the actual test has begun

Odd process.

Some Swedish employee from Usertripe contacts me on LinkedIn, stating she was interested in our product. Then she sends me a survey in Swedish (I'm Danish) to fill out.

I do so and expect my gift card, but nothing happens. Then I follow up via. the e-mail with no response.
