I had a very difficult and apparently unusual issue with my desktop computer. Al worked it patiently and thoroughly. He diligently researching the matter and tries several solutions. All along the way he kept me informed and set times for updates on progress. His determination paid off with success. I was very impressed and would recommend US Global Tech based upon this and a previous successful resolution.

Aryn was very helpful and answered my suspicious questions. The tech made my computer much faster. I would recommend this company based on my experiences today.

Things were a real mess between my printer and my computer. All fixed now....thank you very much.

The agents were very nice & Patient. It took a couple days but we got it . My computer & printer are working fine. Always give the agents as much information as you can. At first I wasn't sure I had the right company but turned out to be the best.

My computer was fixed and running smoothly within a reasonable time. The people I interacted with were very nice and knowledgeable. In a few months I plan to have my computer cleaned up by your company again.

Cess made me feel very comfortable because I was a bit skeptical about someone getting access to my computers. But Cess explain what was the problems with my computers and the solutions to get it fixed. Throughout the entire session she acted as a professional and fixed all that needed to be fixed. She is the best tech support person I have ever dealt with online. She is a real asset to your company.
