Cess was superior. And was very helpful.She just simplified everything nad made it clear bout my printer replacement issue with Ebay.

All in all service is great, but it took too long for it to be repaired. Email is fixed and mcafee is installed

Dan was very professional he understood my concern and treat me with great respect. He didn't talk down to me like I didn't know anything about computers. Very very professional.

Did not know what I was getting into when we began the computer scan. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional. All went well and my computer seems to be very fast now and has been well cleaned. To have this done by a tech at my computer in the home would have been quite costly, so I feel the USGT cost is well worth it. Thank you.

Jayson was wonderful and extremely patient with my issues. It took us quite a while to figure out everything but he stayed at it until all was complete.
I so appreciate his time and service as today I have very important issues to accomplish.

Thank you Jason. You pulled it off and fixed my no-print issue (following a Microsoft Windows 10 update). I didn't think it would be possible. I began to think I would have to go buy a new printer. You were able to reconfigure my printer even though my printer company did not/ would not update their driver software. 10 Stars to Jason!!! And thank you Heide for convincing me to try your USG service! USG will now be my go-to for computer issues.

Charlie, helped me out again, it took him about 10 MIN. to fix my problem with my send and PDF. Where others
had tried to get into my computer to no avail.
Charlie helped me a year or so ago and was the best,
here he is again and is still the best that you folks have ! He needs to move up the ladder in your organization ! I will always try to get Charlie in the future, and save me those 5 to 6 hours that were wasted ! I do appreciate your Co's service. Hardy England a happy customer !

My laptop really needed help!! I had waited too long to have some updates added and "bad" stuff removed. Yesterday was the day that Claire was patient with me to get this completed. I am a 76 senior citizen and Claire was more than patient with me! I recommend US Global Tech to all who need HELP!!
