Exemplary Customer Service (As Usual)!!

Aside from great rates on phone plans, their customer service is top-notch!
Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient each time I've interacted with them!
I'm glad I don't have many reasons to contact them but it's great to know that I will receive excellent customer service every time!

I had a great experience with Abdur…

I had a great experience with Abdur Rehman at US Mobile. He assisted me with adding additional data to my plan and setting up a top-off option if I go over 90% of my data usage. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and very much appreciated!

This firm has been a customer of US Mobile for more than two years, its dependability, reliability and customer service is 5-star. International roaming on DarkStar Premium is the worlds best, beating all the competition. Ahmed, the CEO is 100% hands-on and brings complete account transparency. This firm HIGHLY RECOMMENDS U.S. Mobile.

Great customer service and value

Bilal Ahmad Khalid quickly explained my options for getting service in Mexico. He gave me all the info I needed. He communicated when there was a delay, so I wasn't left wondering. He was patient and offered to look at a screenshot of my phone, or find someone with the same phone, to help me turn roaming on. I really appreciate courteous, professional, and well-trained customer service reps! The website also gives a lot of info and is pretty easy to navigate. I really like how I don't have to pay for big expensive plans with more data than I use in our remote location.

The cell service seems good but deals are not for you

The cell service seems to match expect service with each individual network. It would be nice to know which one works best where, but you have to hunt for that. I think it’s ridiculous only new lines can take advantage of the discounts. Why do I have to pay extra because I’m a loyal customer. Customer service is lackluster at best.

Excellent customer support and smooth account transfer help

Had a very positive experience with US Mobile support today. The agent helped move my spouse’s line to her own account, preserved our numbers, updated billing correctly, and applied discounted annual renewal pricing for both lines.

They were patient throughout the whole process and answered all our questions about annual plans, network switching (Dark Star / Warp / Light Speed), autopay timing, and account setup. The process took some time because of verification and account transfer steps, but support stayed responsive and helpful the entire time.

Really appreciate the flexibility and customer service experience.

My US Mobile customer service representative Shayan Farhan epitomizes all the US Mobile customer service representatives I’ve dealt with since joining US Mobile. And the level and quality of customer service I repeatedly receive is the reason why I stay with US Mobile!
