I really like that I can get help from a live agent immediately online without having to wait. It seems much better than visiting a store to get help from an in-store agent for activation or carrier transfer.
I did a transfer from T-Mobile yesterday. At first, I was worried I might have to do the transfer myself and didn’t know if I could manage it. But when I actually tried the carrier transfer, the US Mobile customer agents guided me so well that it went smoothly and seamlessly, even easier than I expected. I was really happy about that.
Just in case, I initially set my payment plan to monthly, but after one day I switched it to an annual payment plan. Today, when I changed the payment plan, the agent helped me so well, and I really appreciated it.

Suggestion to Improve eSIM Activation Process
After a week of struggle,I finally managed to successfully activate my US Mobile eSIM. I almost went back to Verizon. Here are two critical steps that made the difference. Please consider adding them to your official instructions:
1. Turn off all previous lines first
Before activating the new eSIM, turn off all old carrier lines (especially the previous Verizon eSIM) in Settings → Cellular. Also, connect only to a strong Wi-Fi network during activation. This step greatly increases the success rate.
2. You can activate it by directly tapping the QR Code,you can directly tap/press on the QR Code in the email on your phone screen to activate it (no need to use the camera to scan).
Current Issue:
Failing to activate the eSIM multiple times is quite frustrating. I almost tried to go back to Verizon. These important details are not clearly stated in the current instructions, and some support agents also seem unaware of them.
It would be very helpful if US Mobile could highlight these key steps (especially turning off previous lines + directly tapping the QR Code + using strong Wi-Fi) in the activation guide. This would save many customers and yourselves porting from Verizon... a lot of time and stress and it will help a lot to boost your business. Now I think your network is even better than Versizon with one fifth of its cost.
