BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I honestly thought that by dealing with the government, it would be a long tedious process, but this has been by far the best customer service experience my husband and I have ever had before. Our questions and problems were answered immediately with all the answers we needed. Our appointments were scheduled together and we just couldn’t be happier with the experience.

It was very simple and the USPS workers were very kind and patient, because I filled out my form wrong twice...oops. But we finally got it right and my passport came way earlier than expected!

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting passports. I heard horror stories of months long waits, but we had our appointments at the post office within a week, pictures done that day and passports in hands a few weeks later. The fees are expected but a bit much if you ask me. Otherwise I’m happy with everything and glad we finally got it done!

Beware: Charges are NOT for actual passport
I wrote an original review stating that this website charges you for forms you can get for free on the actual government website, which is true. The fees you pay on uspassportandvisa do NOT go towards your actual passport or visas. You still have to pay government fees. You are paying to generate the forms that, again, you get for free on the government website. I felt duped and scammed and asked for a refund, which they gave me. If you use this site, know that you are getting all of the correct forms and information, but you need to pay around $150 for them via credit card on uspassportandvisa.com AND pay the government via check when you mail your application/documents.

This website is a scam. Just as another person noted, the site is made to look like the government site. My husband was charged $215.19 just for a partially filled out application with nothing getting submitted and no passport pending. TOTAL SCAM. There is no way the other good reviews are valid.

Deceptive Marketing
They charge you the fee of the actual us government service thinking you are paying for your passport and all you did was pay for them to pdf fill out a form and shipping via usps. You still have to pay the passport fee. Do NOT use. Let me clarify, the business is legit in terms of "what they do" but the website is deceptive and it pulls up first in a Google search. If you are tired and in a hurry to get your passport done, then you will see the colors and print and think you are on the actual passport website. They do have a disclaimer on there but when you are in a hurry, you miss it especially if using a phone to do it. A deceptive practice to just get money for something you can do for free. There is no way all the other reviews for this site are legit. Then if you leave a bad review on here they want more information from you to verify you are a legit review and will report the review to trust pilot to get it taken down because they can't verify you. I am not providing anymore information to them just to prove I used this deceptive website. It is very obvious I did based on the information I provided. Bet they dont verify all the positive reviews since I am sure they posted them. Im not asking for my money back or even care at this point. I just dont want other people to overlook the deceptive practices of this site. They will claim that they do exactly what they say they do, accurate, but it is so deceptive in roping people into using the service. My fault for not looking closer at it, a lesson learned the hard way.
