Parts were right on thanks. The shipping time was crazy long. I guess in this day and age of Amazon and next day to three day delivery has spoiled America. But three weeks is a bit much.

Don, I have reviewed your order. There must have been some miscommunication. Your order has custom-engraved door ID numbers. The lead time for the custom numbers is 3-4 weeks. The 10-14 days lead time that you were given was for standard number plates. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This Company is very reputable
This Company is very reputable. My first time ordering for are Condo complex and we a very happy with are 4 unit mailboxes we chose. Had a damage one, was replaced immediately. Numbers and letters came with my request. We have a 6 unit apartment housing building now and will be ordering form here for that one.
