Excellent storage units, very clean, well-kept. Caleb is awesome and very helpful!

the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already.

employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd.

Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY.

If you offer a free rental truck, it should be considered RETURNED, the moment the client returns to the property to load their items into their new storage. Truck return (in compliance with the contract) as defined via: 1) validation with the truck key in the drop box, 2) with receipt for used gas and 3) inspection of the vehicle to ensure no damage.

I reserved a unit for a Saturday. The website and the sign on the door said that the location would be open until 5 pm. I arrived at 4:30 and they were closed, causing me to have to keep the moving truck an extra 2 days because they're closed on Sunday. Bad business! Bad customer service!

I received a message that said I could only book in person at the facility but I wanted to pay online so I could get access over the 4th of July when no one is there to process my payment.

The site said first month free. Then in the website”glossary” it explains that we are not committed to more than one month. The one time admin fee is understood but the monthly charge isn’t. For the first month and what was due and time Of rental

My USSelf Storage experience was excellent. The moment I registered online that I was interested in space, I received a phone call from Audrey. An hour later, I had my camper in its spot at the storage facility. Simple process and very affordable. Excellent location.

Excellent customer service, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They explained everything perfectly and made some helpful suggestions regarding packaging products that they have available on sight.I was very satisfied with the security and the accessibility of the property.
