Drove 35 minutes to see the storage unit and the storage unit representative did not have access to the units. I would of loved a call to let me know even if I was already on the way. Complete waste of my time.

First of all, I'm very impressed with this service. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I was in a bind and had to find a storage unit quick. Thought it was going to be the most difficult thing ever. Fortunately, I found this site and when it said I could reserve without using a credit card, I was hooked. If I didn't like the unit or found something else, I wouldn't be penalized. The Storage place called almost immediately to see if I had any questions or needed anything. They also were considerate, and very professional. They made what was a stressful time of my life to being one less thing I had to worry about.

What great service. The gentleman took his time to show me two units. I highly recommend.

I was very pleased with my service. I received an email response immediately, after sending my information to reserve the unit. The manager, Todd, from the site I chose to rent from called me immediately. I went to the site and was greeted promptly and with a smile. And within minutes, I saw the storage unit and signed up to rent it. I wish all things worked that smoothly.

I would highly recommend this place John overton was very polite and very helpful he made sure we understood how everything worked before leaving .The premises are clean and great prices..

Perfect from start to finish. I was greeted like family, shown a storage option and we completed the agreement then I was on my way!

Train you’re staff not to call before 9-10 am on the weekend. Do you know what the weekend is for? SLEEPING IN!!!!!!! Dammit!!!
I may change places now just because of that one Ill placed call at 0836 in the morning. Just because your employee is up and awake doesn’t mean your customers need to be !

Helpful and truly insightful on local market prices. Understood what I was and am looking for. Did not tease me with different storage providers and locations that did not relay same information. Very accurate, reliable, trustworthy, easy to manage, and worth mine and yours time.

Excellent service! I didn't end up going with their storage unit, but the customer service was phenomenal! The pricing was reasonable as well. I'd totally recommend them.
