Jose and Simon were awesome and made me feel at ease today during a very stressful move. I wasn’t anticipating needed a storage space but I’m glad I chose this one because of the service I received. I even came towards the end of their shifts and they were more than willing to show me the ropes as this is my first storage rental ever. Would highly recommend so far!!

The facility is new. Very well kept. The young lady working there is very polite. Professional and knowledgeable about the locations units.

What they advertised is not what they offered when we got there and when we tried to get them to give us what we reserved for the price we were quoted they wouldn't. False advertising and very uncooperative people. Don't go there.

Reserving online was very simple followed by a quick call from Lisa to schedule in person showing and setting up. Lisa did excellent job telling me all about how everything works and showing me around. I was left to confidently make decision in renting storage space. I left the place feeling great about using them for storage needs and feel safe having my stuff there. I strongly recommend Extra Space

The customer service was above and beyond. She deserved a raise.

I am extremely disappointed. I went online to Champion Storage webpage, selected a 5x8x8 climate control storage unit. I reserved this unit for 55.00 per month. When Champion Storage sent me an email regarding the unit, they switched the price to 69.00 per month. I have copies of the confirmed price per month. This is a poor way to start a business relationship. It will be extremely difficult to trust them going forward.
