I have been trying to get order delivered for two months!!! Very frustrated!!!!! It is paid for and items are still available !! Do not know what the problem is???!!!!????? At this point I can only give it a bad review

I placed an order on January 6 2020 and to date I have still not received my item. I emailed and they sent me a link to follow tracking which shows it was sent to the post office in chine on March 10 2020 and still hasn’t moved. When I requested a refund they said they dont issue refunds once the item is shipped. I’m sure it’s to late to contact my bank and request a refund.

I ordered on 4/22/20 and have yet to receive my items nor have I got a tracking number for my items!!!

First let me say, you will never get an answer from these people. I placed an order. It took 5 weeks to get it. Everytime I tried emailing them, nothing. I wrote a review on the crossbody I ordered and it was never published. They only publish the good reviews. The purse was very cheaply made. Too much trouble to return. Save your money, stay away. I tried resetting my password and nothing.

Excellent service and even with a delivery charge is much cheaper than goi g to the vet. All supplies under one roof and great delivery times. . Love it. Keep up the good work.

Money was taken out of my bank account by a PHUNGNGOCGI for $145.00 total. This is a total scam. Never got any confirmation that any of my items were sent and later on 4 of my purses order information was removed. Total scam. Ordered almost a month ago and have received nothing. Have sent several emails with no response. Evidentally this is some person from Vietnam scamming people. Was under the impression I was ordering from a US company!

I brought mine early March and still haven't got it sent me a review on the bag the keep delete my review don't buy from them I won't I be telling everyone not to

Thank goodness I checked here before ordering!! All of you that got scammed contact your bank and do a stop payment, immediately!! We are going to Disney in a couple months I wanted a couple cute bags THANK GOODNESS I didn't fall for it, although I have with other companies!

This company is a scam, I ordered a purse on March 8 2020. The money came out of bank account and as of this post, March 25, 2020, I haven't received my order. The package tracking number gives the message "number not in the tracking system". I have emailed the service@ustreetstyle dot com email address at least 10 times asking about my ordre and no reply. THIS COMPANY IS A THIEF and A SCAM!!!! Don't order from them, buyer beware!!!!!!!!

Dishonest company. Sends different (or damaged) products. Or does not send product at all. I ordered 4 things. Two were damaged, another was completely different from the picture, and the other one I did not receive. It's hit or miss if they get back to you.

This company is a RIP off. I placed an order on March 8, 2020 and the next day I get an email saying shipped. It's been more than two weeks now and nothing has arrived. No further messages either.

I ordered over a week ago, and it still hasn't shipped. I inquired because it was for a gift, and they literally responded with "It might be late" with no other response.

I have place an order on March 6th haven’t heard anything from them, at least they can send a reply to my email saying your order has been shipped or something, I still haven’t received my order it is March 18th, can’t call them because they do not have a number for customer service which sucks, all I want is my Mickey Mouse tote bag that’s all I ask for

Update I went to my bank and disputed this order this company is a BIG FRAUD so please do not order from USTREETSTYLE you will never get you order

This is a scam. Good reviews are probably from "seller".

I ordered the Brown Classic Mickey Hand Bag, on Jan 15, 2020. I never received my product. The tracking stated it was shipped from China, it never left China. I was charged $42.94. I tried to contact the company through email. Email address does not exist, ,There is no telephone number to Ustreetstyle. I received an email on February 24, 2020 from the company wanting me to leave a review. I never received my product.

Ordered on 22/01/2020. Only communication was a confirmation when order placed. Have sent 4 emails & messages just for an update. No response whatsoever. So far not impressed.

I placed an order for a mini Hello Kitty handbag on 30th Jan 2020, and I have been writing to them asking about any updates about my order. I did not get any responses back from the customer service at all!!!
Having not receiving any notifications, and/or updates about my order, last night (9th Feb 2020) I wrote to them telling them I want to cancel my order, and this morning I received an email saying that "Our supply chain and logistics networks in China are experiencing extended shutdown. We are preparing to ship orders as quickly as possible starting from 15th, Feb, but your order may be delayed."
I did not receive any tracking number from them, and I am done with them!!! For those of you who have ordered your items from them, and did not receive your products, I suggest you dispute your transaction through your bank.
I did that last night after I sent an email letting them know that I canceled my order, and I got back my money this morning. Thank you USAA.

I received my purse and it is really cute and well made. But the smell is horrendous. I have had it outside for a week and it still smells. I will probably not be able to use it. I sent them two emails and the only response I got that it was shipped. Well I already knew that since I am complaining about the smell. Big waste of money and customer service is useless.
