I ordered a birth certificate from this site not realizing the issues with it. The price was higher bc it reported that the certificates are processed much faster than other sites. Now there is no certificate. I want my money refunded.

I got scammed by this site. I ordered some documents that was supposed to arrive within a week, but after waiting for months, I never got any updates or results. It was a total waste of time — don’t bother with them.
I really needed my documents quickly, so I decided to try a vendor I found on Instagram. Thankfully, Trustpointids came through and got me the certificate fast, just like they promised. They made the whole process easy. Definitely worth checking out.

Placed order for some birth certificate that wasn’t supposed to take more than a month. Waited for months but never got any feedback from them. It’s an absolute waste of time. Stay off this. I wanted some urgent certificates and I heard of a reliable instagram vendor who could make documents faster. Placed an order and thankfully Stealthdmvs were able to deliver the certificate as fast as they promised. They facilitated the process. Simply reach them.

We were caught in this SCAM too. Applied and sent $180 to this company in May 2025 in order to get a certified birth certificate to take to DMV to get a REAL ID in order to fly to a wedding in AZ in June. It is now September and there have only been emails from them - "changing over our computer system, no estimated time to refund your money" and other stall tactics. This is NOT a legitimate company. We are going to contact our bank and try to get the money, at least part of it, refunded. We hope this review helps someone else.

First of all proper communication isvery important, With online and no phone # communication is rated zero. I have sent 4 emails asking for a refund. have had 1 reply of with be with you shortly and that's it. How can you run a business with this problem.. They charged us for a birth certificate.
We still haven't received it. No phone number to contact them.

this is a scam company. they provide no service. you can easily apply to your own health dept for the documents they charge $55 for. No service for $55

THIS IS A SCAM! IVE WAITED FOR 2 MONTHS AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALLS OR EMAILS.

My wife needed a modern birth certificates (look like a car title now) and you can't just go to a gov website to get them (have to go in person to the state) or use a 3rd party website. I found one with great reviews, 27k from one site, 11k from another, Shopper Approved site, etc.

I got her birth certificate (1 copy, 2nd copy would have been $90 more) for $90 + $47 shipping & misc. fees. I noticed it shipped from VitalChek, so I went directly to them for mine. I got 2 copies of my birth certificate from Vitalchek.com for $50 total. USVitalRecords.org just submits your info to VitalCheck and charges you $90 for nothing.

So I went to Shopper Approved to leave a review, but couldn't. I appears as though this company will "find" reviews for companies. I found a site with a couple hundred bad reviews for USVitalRecords.org and left my 1 star with everyone else. The problem is the fake reviews massively overshadow the real ones in the search engines. So now, Google search for reviews can't be trusted, even in the 10s of thousands from multiple sites. You have to go to a legitimate site: one you have left reviews on and show up.

I contacted my Capital One credit card, told them about the scam and they refunded my $90. The $47 was legitimate, they are not part of the scam and have no affiliation.
