The help we received in arranging our new energy supplier was very good
we were neither pleased nor displeased…
we were neither pleased nor displeased with the service we received, as it became a slightly drawn out process, though U Alliance did follow correct procedure but they did have quite a few problems to contend with and we are not sure the hand over has been fluid yet or not, but their handling has been also good.
Overall experience has been a pleasant one as the staff contact is good and also polite and helpful.

The process of switching our utility contracts was straight forward but this was only achieved with the knowledge and helpfulness of our Account Manager who made it a seamless task.

Ok, where to start.......
Didn't do what you said you'd do, left us with split bills with 2 suppliers, (we have more than 1 meter), didn't chase things through with the desired outcome, left us in the dark with progress of switch-over - we still don't know if or when the new supplier is taking over the rest of our account in the near future "either next week or next year", on the whole its pretty shambolic! And they said "it would be seamless, you won't even know it's happening!"

WE HAVE LODGED AN OFFICAL COMPLAINT AND WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT.
