Stacey Caldwell- Utility alliance

After having a horrible experience with another supplier, i was left unable to trust anything any supplier was telling me. Utility alliance got hold of me and assigned me a personal consultant by the name of Stacey Caldwell. Unlike anyone i had dealt with before Stacey had a chat with me and got to know each other before dealing with any business needs, which i think is great as i like to know who i am dealing with and if they care about the needs for my business and not just there to sell. Stacey got to work and i was amazed at how little i needed to do, she sorted everything out allowing me not to spend hours on the phone but to concentrate on my business needs, all whilst keeping contact of all updates as they happen via email and phone calls when needed. Very happy with the service Stacey is providing and hope the relationship lasts in to the future. A great asset to your team

Harley Ferguson has been outstanding on all fronts. We have multiple sites and therefore switching everything over to the most competitive contract was not an easy job. Harley was very responsive and prompt on all occasions - thanks and well done to him!

They helped our Business get better deals

They helped our Business get better deals on gas and electricity prices. Gary Hassan has very helpful and efficient. There were a few issues with admin on the side of our current supplier and Gary was most helpful with these.

Great review

Having always been dubious about changing energy suppliers I decided, after speaking to Ben Lambert to give it a go. Ben was fantastic throughout the whole process and always on hand to answer any questions I had. Ben showed great professionalism and took time to make sure I had all the information required for a smooth change over. Fantastic job well done Ben

JARRAD LEWIS - HARTLEPOOL

Couldn't have been more impressed by Jarrad's professionalism and help from start to finish (although Jarrad is still helping me) he has helped me with all our business water, gas and electricity contracts. It's great to be able to rely on somebody so helpful and understanding with something I detest doing!

Jarrad and Utility Alliance have helped me save money on all aspects of our contracts and come January I'm sure he'll be helping me further!

Lisa Marriott from the Hartlepool site has been Outstanding

Lisa has worked so hard with us throughout the full course of changing suppliers. Lisa is always available for any questions or concerns I have she is also quick to respond to emails that I send, and also to return my calls when I have left messages she is always willing to go out of her way to help. After having such a bad experience with another broker Lisa put our minds at ease and put the trust back, Lisa continues to ring us on a monthly bases to make sure everything is running smoothly and to check if there is anything else we need help with, We will continue to work with Lisa, we have also extended our contracts with Utility Alliance for an extra 18 months as the service has been brilliant nothing is ever to much for Lisa, she has went out of her way to deal with our old broker as we had nothing but issues and threatening calls from them! Lisa took control of the crazy issue and sorted this out, to which we have had no further contact or threats from them I will continue to work with Lisa for the foreseeable future, she monitors the market and calls me as and when I can extend my contracts, the new contracts have ran amazing with no issues at all, we were called by Lisa at the point of the contracts going to the new supplier, to advise this was all now with the supplier, before we became a customer of Utility alliance Lisa also helped us through the old contracts and continued to monitor the issues to make sure there was no further issues. We have also saved hundreds of pounds by using Lisa and Utility Alliance which is massive to a small care home. I have had a real good experience and will continue to recommend Lisa to other business so I would like to say a big THANKS to Lisa.

Lisa is a credit to your company and has been a pleasure to work with.

Ross Stephenson and Utility Alliance

Ross Stephenson has been a fantastic help in many ways. I was having a really hard time with a bad company called BES. Ross guided me through how to try and deal with this this company and the many people working for them. They fobbed you of at every turn they would of made an excellent defence for the Toon army. But Ross as I said guided me through to the end. I would implore everyone to use Ross Stephenson and Utility Alliance. He is straight talking (yes hard to take in being a Geordie)But honestly he will help you in anyway and I will be happy to pass his name and company on to all the people and companies I know.
Ross thanks again for all your help.

Service as it should be.

James Burrows provided excellent service. His easy friendly telephone manner, simple explanations of options & progress made it so much easier to understand the process of transfer. James's communication was truly praiseworthy, When he said that he would ring back, he did just that. I can't remember the last person who kept their word on ringing back! James smoothed out & overcame over the constant obstacles & objections placed in my path by the company that I was transferring from. Mr Burrows is an outstanding asset to Utility Alliance, I cannot praise him highly enough.

Ryan Forth has been great help

Ryan Forth has been great help, Ryan and his team have worked with us since 2017 dealing with over 200 properties of ours. He has assisted with meter upgrades, dealt with multiple suppliers, changing new properties into our name, assist with vat and CCL refunds, create a Masterfile so we know exactly what is happening, helped with supplier issues, helped get properties back on supply when issue with meter, get a reduction on contract prices and many more.

UA are excellent - Michael is a star!

Michael Cooke from the Hartlepool Sales Team has been nothing but BRILLIANT. He has worked so hard with some incredible savings for our Charity, Harbour Support Services. Being a charity based in Hartlepool it was great to have that personal face to face contact and experience as well as fabulous service. It was a massive project as we had over 10 premises to organise, some had different suppliers, different contract end dates and we were all paper based billing so it has taken a huge amount of sorting. Michael Cooke also identified that we had been paying too much VAT on some of the utility bills, he arranged refunds on these backdating them over years and we received a massive refund on these. We will continue to work with Michael over the coming years to continue with the new contracts as and when they end as it has taken all the pressure and organising out of our hands and this has also been a big time saving exercise for us, which is priceless.
THANK YOU to Michael Cooke. Always a pleasure dealing with you and your prompt service in replying to emails and calls. He is a credit to UA.

One Great Company, Two Top Guys!!!!!!

James Burrows has been fantastic throughout the change over to our new supplier
He has kept me updated throughout the process
He has always been extremely friendly and has made a normally painful, long process of supplier change quiet enjoyable
I have also worked closely with Gary Hassan for all the financial/legal aspects of the changeover and again what a great guy!!
Both a real asset to your company in my opinion :)

Absolutely fed up of the sales team…

Absolutely fed up of the sales team ringing our company. Initially they were in our file for when we come to benchmark all our utility supplies but after the continued pestering they have now been removed. I appreciate the sales team have a job to do but they really aren't doing the company any favours.
