eceived an amazing deal from Sonny for the V-Back pro massager at the Home & Lifestyle Show at Napier not onley received an amazing deal but excellent follow up customer service as well when experienced within days Absolutely loving my back massager & use it daily.

We purchased a Sasaki massage chair just over a year ago and it has broken down five times with up to a month wait to get fixed each time. We were told not to go on it for longer than 20 minutes each time up to a maximum of twice a day and that if we weren't happy we could pay extra and get an upgrade. This was not pointed out to us at time of purchase. Disappointed after investing $7500.00. It has been anything but a relaxing experience. Just broken down again and still waiting to hear back. The service people are friendly but the product has not preformed.
Reply to your reply - Yes we did use the chair for longer periods until it was brought to our attention by your representatives at the first repair and we also express that this was not mentioned at the purchase time to only use the chair for 20 minutes at a time twice a day and also not the case with other chairs on the market for a similar price. We then adhered to your instruction and still had issues. I do not agree that we use the chair aggressively as you state in your reply. We have lodged another enquiry as the chair is not working properly again and have not heard back from you. In both instances it could have caused injury. The statement of sleeping on the chair is only for a maximum of 30 minutes because it automatically turns off as I am sure you are aware. 3/We are still waiting for repair over 2 months since we brought it to your attention - apparently the chair is an obsolete model. We are not disputing the fact of how the chair was damaged but need it repaired. We were not informed that there are no service agents in our area and that there is such a long wait to find out a price for parts (over 2 months). We are concerned now that the chair is obsolete will parts be available in the future due to the number of issues we have had.

I always wanted a massage chair for my house as my wife loves massage. We tried one of their chairs at the Home and garden show and it was such an amazing experience. the salespeople knew the product i love the foot massage of the chair that we got. when you make a big purchase what you look for is after sales service and they have always stood up to our expectation i am really satisfied with V Reviv.

From the first moment seeing this machine and talking with the salesmen we were impressed enough to buy with confidence in both the quality and the backup service. From their long days at the Home show there-after, both Sharma and Sunny came to our home to assess access, installation and discuss more features and benefits of the unit we had chosen. Since then our contact has been with Sunny who expertly installed our machine - upstairs but with careful cheerful capability, and has given timely responses to our questions since. We have grown to trust (and love) our machine and feel confident and grateful to salesman Sunny for his excellent service.

V-Revive is THE place to buy your massage chair. We researched extensively all the NZ retailers, and none can offer the service that is provided by V-Revive. For a product which costs almost as much as buying a small car, all the other retailers either provide poor advice or low level of service which does not commiserate with an expensive product.
We are glad to be a customer of V-Revive. The salesperson Sunny is extremely knowledgeable about the products, provides good advice and is courteous throughout the sales process. He gives us the confidence to buy an expensive chair sight unseen.
To top it off, Sunny and an associate personally delivered the chair from Hamilton to Wellington (after dark arrival) and installed it in our lounge and also gave us a free gift. Now, how many retailers can top that superb level of service? Highly recommended!

Very bad experience in V Revive Northlands mall, 55 main North Road, Papanui, Christchurch outlet. I bought a massage gun yesterday when I open unfortunately damaged one. Same Time I informed to the Manager. Today I returned the product to the outlet. They are not able to give a new product. They try to give another used product. I said to him, I go and complain to police,suddenly they give me a new one. Please careful with them.

There is no other company in the world that is more customer-driven than V Revive.

Got my foot massager and back massager online, i was surprised to see the delivery within 24 hours. Everything was packed well and safely. The quality is good and i actually am very impressed.

Purchased my Massage chair from them a few days ago and its one of the best purchases I have made in a while. The sales person was very polite and not even once he tried to push me or force me for a sale. The massage chair was delivered within 3 days and works really well. The young man demonstrating the products at The Whangarei Home Show was very efficient and informative without being pushy (which is often a big turn off at these events).
Delivery was very prompt and the products were well protected and packaged.
Both the back cushion and massage gun are simple to use and the gun has been extremely helpful in loosening up my stiff knees and relieving joint pain.
I can recommend this company and its products.
