Poor service, serious automation failure and unauthorized charges

I hired V4 Company to manage the marketing operations of my company in the United States. I was assigned to the Campinas unit, which is presented as the largest franchise of the group. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative.

There were serious technical failures, lack of professionalism, and repeated disregard for clear instructions, especially in a project involving CRM automation, email marketing and strict compliance with U.S. consumer data regulations.

The team took more than 45 days to deliver an automation requested at the beginning of the contract, which never worked properly. Despite a monthly ad spend exceeding USD 6,000, the minimum lead volume required for sales operations was never achieved.

The most critical issue occurred on December 23rd, when the team launched a mass email campaign to over 9,000 contacts without completing the required testing phase. Due to a misconfigured automation, unauthorized SMS messages were sent to consumers who had not provided consent, resulting in a serious compliance issue and direct damage to my business, including the loss of access to a key data provider.

After contract cancellation, I explicitly stated that no additional charges were authorized. Despite this, my credit card was charged USD 1,400 on January 28th and USD 700 on January 30th, which characterizes unauthorized charges after cancellation.

I am currently awaiting a full refund of the amounts charged. This review is based strictly on documented facts, dates, and consequences.

I entered into a contract with V4…

I entered into a contract with V4 Company LTD with the expectation that the services agreed upon would be delivered as outlined. Unfortunately, several key items included in the contract were never provided, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the situation directly with the company. I also filed a claim with my credit card provider (AMEX), but it was denied due to the type of dispute.

My concern is not about payment but about integrity and delivery. The company failed to meet its contractual obligations, leaving me dissatisfied and without the complete services I paid for. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend V4 Company LTD and advise others to proceed with caution.
