The villa is nice and has good…
The villa is nice and has good equipments. But there was very cold, because the house not heated and the weather was raine first days.

no PayPal option, deposite process
No PayPal payment option was available. They requested my bank information for the deposit refund, which is strange.

As a general rule, the refund is automatically made to the account linked to the card with which the payment was made. In some cases this procedure cannot be carried out due to the conditions of the bank or card.
In these cases, the customer's bank details are required in order to speed up the refund of the deposit.

A very beautiful house.
A very beautiful house in a great little Spanish village. The house is fully equipped. Spacious bedrooms and nice showers. The swimming pool, in a very spacious garden, is in the sun all day long. We were welcomed with good information in advance and a bottle of wine.

Stressful
Vacalia requires a deposit of 200 euros for damage. They will send a link shortly before your departure. This link doesn't work. Then a problem arises as time passes, which becomes more and more serious. No deposit is no key and address. Very stressful. The phone is not answered. However, the e-mail and the app are responded to. Staff tries its best.

Generally a satisfactory process but…
Generally a satisfactory process but much spoiled by repeated daily emails threatening to cancel the holiday at the last-minute due to non-payment of a security deposit. The issue was in fact incorrectly allocated payment received records. The threat to cancel emails cancel continued for three more days even after providing clear evidence of payment, right up to the day before the holiday was due to start. This was particularly uncomfortable as we had already travelled abroad for a family holiday.

Small improvements would be oven gloves and tea towels
More costly would be a better hot water system as it empties quickly when 8 people occupy

Highly recommend apartments and Vacalia

It were the best 8 days!
It was soo good, the place was in a very quiet place, no disturbing of cars. The pool was only for us. The house was great!. There were ants but that was normal We used some spray and then they were gone so problem was fixed! The beach was near with the car, also the city alicante. If we knew there was a bbq fire at the house we had bought some meat with us but it was fine we found a halal meat place near so for everything we had the problem fixed. I loved it !

Great holidays
At the beginning I was a little bit skeptical about the house, but the process was great. Price was good and the location of the house was perfect. There were a couple of things to complain as for example there was no AC and in the handbook it was mentioned there was one. The beds were not super comfortable, but ok. But besides that, we were happy at the end.
