Inaccurate details of availability indicated on the website
I was browsing for an appropriate holiday for my family and made my choice from the available options on your website. This was done in conjunction with another family booking at the same time as we intended to holiday together. The other family successfully confirmed their booking but when I attempted to confirm ours I was presented with a booking error. Several attempts to confirm booking were all unsuccessful and after submitting an online query to your website I received a reply explaining that the option we had chosen was unavailable.

Unable to book online
Unable to book online, but managed to book over the phone after a few attempts by the person on the other end. Hard to figure out which mobile home to book as I couldn't see where in the campsite it was, but fingers crossed it's in a good spot! Navigation around the site was pretty intuitive though.
