I had a really good experience with the team at Macs clinic. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel at ease. I had direct contact with the surgeon if I needed to ask any questions before and after surgery the nurse held my hand throughout the Procedure. When I had a consultation with the surgeon, He suggested a less expensive procedure that actually had a better outcome for me. In terms of price, it was very reasonable. This practice is certainly not out to just make money.

I want to thank Mr Vadodaria and his team at Macs clinic for the kind personal care they gave me . From my first interaction with the team when I was embarrassed , they made me feel at ease . Mr Vadodaria tailored a procedure especially for me and I am delighted with the result . They are like a family , a professional family . I recently had a correction for pixie ears after a facelift procedure I had done in Turkey that unfortunately didn’t turn out as expected. After researching, I booked a consultation with Dr Vadodaria Shailesh, who reassured me that my concerns could be corrected.

I’m so happy I went ahead the results are absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. It’s such a relief to know the issue could be fixed, and it’s truly made a huge difference to my confidence.

I visited the Watford clinic, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff and team are incredibly warm, polite, and welcoming they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I was offered tea and coffee, and after my procedure, they even kindly provided me with a sandwich and helped collect my prescription, which I really appreciated.

The clinic itself is spotless, which was very important to me as a bit of a perfectionist! Everything felt professional, clean, and well cared for.

I genuinely feel this was the best place I could have chosen. A huge thank you to Dr V and his wonderful team for everything I’m beyond grateful and absolutely thrilled with my results.

I cannot thank Mr Shailesh Vadodaria and the entire team at MACS Clinic enough for the care they showed me throughout my procedure.

I have always been extremely squeamish and have a genuine fear around medical procedures. Mr Vadodaria understood this immediately and went above and beyond to accommodate me. At very short notice he arranged for an anaesthetist so I could be properly sedated, which made something I had been dreading for years actually possible.

From the moment I arrived, his whole team made sure I was comfortable and reassured. They were patient, kind, and genuinely supportive while I worked through what was one of my biggest fears.

What stood out the most was the level of care after the procedure as well. Mr Vadodaria even checked up on me personally on a Sunday to make sure I was doing okay. That level of dedication really says everything about the kind of person he is.

MACS Clinic doesn’t just feel like a clinic — it feels like a family of people who truly care about their patients. Every member of staff I met was kind, genuine and made of all the right stuff that makes truly good people.

I had a good experience at MACS clinic. From the outside, it’s not got the same aesthetics as a plush London clinic but it was expertise that I was looking for.
Mr Vadodaria is an excellent surgeon, extremely well qualified and experienced with fantastic interpersonal skills. He made me feel very relaxed and put me at ease. The rest of the clinic staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
You have to be prepared that sometimes, you may have a bit of a wait at appointments. That’s because Mr Vadodaria won’t rush his consultation or follow ups with his patients. I’d far rather that than be rushed through, as if on a conveyor belt! I always felt well informed but under no pressure during consultations.

From day one, Mr V went above and beyond to help me. He identified that a previous clinic had performed the procedure incorrectly and was able to remove my stitches early, which made a huge difference to my recovery. Mr V and his entire team were incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout the whole process, and they were always on hand whenever I needed support or reassurance. I genuinely can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone 🩷

I had two treatments carried out at MACS clinic. My focus was labiaplasty following a medical surgery I had when I was younger. I had been researching labiaplasty on and off for years. I looked into what credentials mattered, whether it was better to go abroad and the different methods. Whilst researching into qualified surgeons a few months ago on a comparison site, I came across Dr. Vadodaria and his credentials fit the governing criteria. The clinic was also accredited. Their website had alot of information about treatments including videos and photos which made me feel more comfortable with their techniques and I was happy with his work. Whilst I was looking, I also considered brachioplasty for my arms. Everything on there was super transparent so I put in my details for a phone call.

Adhitya had called me shortly after with initial questions and asked if I would like to come in for a free consultation. Honestly whenever Ive got to this point beforehand, I usually back away as it is a little scary considering cosmetic surgery but he was very calming on the phone, made it feel seamless and everything was on my terms.

Meeting Dr. Vadodaria was the same, first interaction is that he greets you like you are already acquainted. My first consultation was understanding the true reasons for treatment, making sure I am informed about the procedure, effects and potential outcomes. He also advised me what was best in my case. In which he urged me to consider liposuction instead of brachioplasty (and Im so glad I did). He was completely on my side, he wanted me to go and consider all the information before making a decision, he wanted to ensure my family members had no question and I was completely comfortable before proceeding. I could have as many consultations as I wanted and I had a direct contact line to him!

I went ahead with both surgeries which meant various visits to the clinic for treatment and check ups. During my visits, I was mainly greeted by Fatimah, who felt like a friend I have known for a long time. She was always smiling, considerate and patient despite being such a busy bee. Both Adhitya and Fatimah were super flexible and attentive and never complained about how much trouble I would give about appointment dates.

The surgeries itself were so streamlined. It is important to know that things can get delayed so things may not always be on time but the staff are really good with communicating with you as to when to leave or how much longer you’ll be waiting. I got all the information before hand via the contract and procedure info. The staff assisting the surgeries were amazing. It can be so awkward being in a vulnerable state pre operation but every single member there made me feel like a part of their family so effortlessly and I am super grateful that I came across MACS clinic.

I am now around 2-3 months post both operations and I am very pleased with the results for the labiaplasty. Doc made it clear from the get go that it is hard to tell what the outcome of liposuction would be as it is dependant on your elasticity but even though I have a few months till final results, I can tell there has already been a noticeable difference and so can others!

My final visit was bittersweet, I am relieved that after years of research, I am finally done and satisfied with the results but it was sad to know I wont see the staff again however it was comforting that the Doc said if I ever have any questions or concerns in the future then the door is always open for me.

2 weeks post liposuction to lower tummy, recovery going well so far. I can’t speak on results just yet as too soon but I’ve already been seen by Dr twice for review in person and via telephone if ever needed to answer questions. I felt so reassured and safe at this clinic and what was so refreshing was that the Dr himself actually told me to try and get the results naturally by exercise, showing he was not just after my money. He was knowledgeable and realistic. The theatre team working alongside Dr are all amazing at what they do aswell as the warm service and care from Fatimah the receptionist who manages appointments etc also. I felt like a person and not a number which is extremely refreshing in the world we live today. Would strongly recommend MACs Clinic.

I had a very good customer service with Nimra, at MAC Watford, she welcomed me while other ladies just looked at and talking to themselves.
I was meant to buy only one item, because of her warm welcome and I ended up 7 items.

I had approx. a 3mm stretched ear lobe hole from previous ‘tunnel’ piercing. It had bothered me for years and struggled to disguise it. I shopped around for repair and got quoted a lot higher, some over £1000, at other places before finding MACS. I was a bit apprehensive at first and wanted to make sure they would do a good job. I had a zoom call with Dr Vadodaria which went very well and since I was local I went for a face to face consultation too. He was very calm and specific about the process which filled me with confidence. I decided to go ahead with the op which was fine, a bit of a wait to be seen but nothing out of the ordinary with this kind of thing. The outcome is amazing and I have no regrets other than I wish I did it sooner. He also offers free re-piercing once healed to ensure it’s sterile and safe.

I had a very good experience with this clinic, Dr Vadodaria & his team work were the best and kind, he really cares about his patients and explains everything before, even all staff the same are very friendly and useful, they always answer questions or any concerns before or after the surgery.

It was all straightforward, I’m so happy with results and cost as well.

I’m very thankful also for nurses who were beside me trying comfort me holding my hands to clam me down trough my surgery especially when I was there alone I needed that, they all beautiful people professional very friendly who will look after you very well.

I had a lipoma- when I met Dr Vadodaria, the care was flawless and seamless. Appointments were booked based on my availability and very flexible. He was quick to order relevant tests and I was booked in for surgery. My first experience in theatre was very positive, he was especially caring, phoning my husband for an update post surgery and even messaging me on a Sunday to check up on how I was feeling! I cannot recommend Macs clinic and this surgeon more. Professional, efficient and worth bit of going private!
