In July I had Lobuloplasty (torn earlobe surgery) as it was causing me issues with self esteem I would highly recommend Dr Vadodaria. From referral to surgery - happened within days! Clinic extremely clean & lovely team.
Dr Vadodaria is a fantastic surgeon, friendly, warm & approachable Explained everything in great detail, showed me other examples of his work before and after Answered all questions and concerns Nervousness completely ceased on day of the surgery - due to the clinics processes and practices prior to surgery Surgery was quick and recovery has been remarkably quick. No pain after - no obvious signs that I have had my ear repaired as Dr V did a good phenomenal job. Constant checking in post surgery More than one follow up Really happy - have even managed to get my ear pierced again by Dr Vadadoria Highly recommended & if | ever needed any other cosmetic procedure, l'd definitely return there

I am so pleased I went ahead with this surgery. It was relatively painless and has improved my face (and confidence) a lot. I had facial paralysis a few years ago and as a result, was left with an uneven face. The dimples are the perfect distraction. I cannot thank Dr Shailesh Vadodaria enough. A wonderful Doctor!

Best Service ever! Dr. Shailesh has been absolutely wonderful and is such an experienced surgeon! I was given a fantastic service, they accommodated same day consultation and were very client centred with clear communication and understanding my needs. Everything was so easy, Dr Vadodaria was very friendly and informative. My ear looks perfect, exactly what I wanted and I wish I did it sooner. The surgery was quick and easy, and I barely had any after care. I’ve been waiting for long time before having labiaplasty surgery

I honestly chose Dr Vadodaria for price cause was cheaper, and I checked him online if he was specialized as I wanted in labia surgery… you can see online his photos of pre and after operation…

He’s just a true professional.
The duration of the operation was more or less 1 hour. The assistants were nice and friendly to me.

The post wasn’t hard, in 2,3 days I started already healing from swollen and everything, and after a week was started fast healing.. I’ve been at the gym without problems after no long.. Right now is still healing but if you taking care of it in the right way you can do a lot of activity without feeling bad sensations etc

I had an appointment with Dr shailesh vadodaria last summer for lip filler. Upon being injected i was too confident in the technique i used however went along with it. After being injected i suffered severe bruising, and a couple of days after a massive ball appeared on my bottom lip. My filler looked as if it migrated as soon as i left the clinic. I have never had any trouble with filler in my life and ive had several fillers done. I contacted the doctor and he asked me.to come in. Upon arriving to my appointment the Doctor said i would need to dissolve lip filler or pop the ball on my lip and drain it. I opted to drain the ball. After this appointment my lips got worse, and furthee migrated to the top of my lip causing weird lumps. I went in again to see the Doctor and we decided to dissolve the lip filler. Upon dissolving the lip filler i had the most severe pain i have ever experienced in my life it was a burning pain as if someone burned me with fire. I found this very very strange, as my friends have dissolved lip fillee before and never had anything but a tingling sensation. My heart rate was raised and i was under a lot of distress. I left the clinic and waited a few weeks before seeing part of my lips would not dissolve. I further attended the clinic 2 times to dissolve it more. I explained my pain when dissolving and the Doctor said "its normal" on one occassion the doctoe injected me with anestethic then dissolving which i also found weird. After all of this i suffered from pain and distress and a lump on my lip was not dissolving. The doctor didnt give much response but blame it on allergy avain i have no allergies to fillee ive had lips nose and cheeks done. The doctor was very stubborn that he did not make any mistakes. After running out of ideas, the doctor refered me to another specialist in harley street for a review of my lips. At this point i felt very anxious to see anyone as i was scared they would make more mistakes. After talking to my family they found a doctor for me who they knew and he was based in birmingham. I travelled all the way from London to birmingham to find a solution for my lips. Upon assesing my lips and seeing the photos the doctor said it is quiet clear you have been injected wrongly and your lips have been over filled. You have no allergy to filler. This doctor dissolved my lips 2 times and i didnt feel anything. I raised my conern and asked him why i was in so much pain. The doctor explained that Dr shaliesh dissolved my lips wrongly and didnt mix any anaestic with the lip filler and for this i felt a burning pain. This left me traumatised and has given my depression to knoe that on 3 times he dissolved the lip filler wrongly and my body suffered so much distress. Even after a year this is still affecting me. The doctor dissolved what he could but the part he could not dissolve said that this will not dissolve as it looks like a granuloma. Upon doing some research this can be permanant damage or i woild need surgery. It may be a little procedure but this has ruined my face and my confidence. It has made me feel quiet suicidal and if i knew i would get this type of treatment deom this doctor i would never ever appraoch him. Wrong filler technique, wrong dissolving and wrong treatment. When discussing this with the doctor he disregards everything and does not own up to any of his mistakes. I only paid £275,which isnt a lot of money but the consequences were far worse. I have uploaded photos of 1.,When i filled my lips they immediately looked migrated. 2. The bruising and the lump the day after 3. After dissolving the hard lump that would not be dissolved abd left with permanant damage. The doctor can sit there and say ita allergy all he wants because he knows hes insured, however it does not sit with me anyone who has sevwre brusing lumps migration is due to the doctor. I havw had my lips redone in the birmingham clinic and i have had no brusing no pain and amazing results. All the best

I finally had dimpleplasty on one cheek in November 2023, after thinking about it for over six years. I had done extensive research and concluded that the MACS clinic had the best track record.

I have deliberately waited a few months before writing my review to give everything time to settle, and iron out any problems that may have arisen. There have been no negative issues at all. To say that I am happy with the results would be an understatement. My dimple looks so convincing that friends I have known for years assume I have always had a dimple. I visited my parents at Christmas and they thought it was a natural dimple, which left me a little baffled.

Maya at the clinic was kind, caring, and considerate. She answered all my questions, however trivial, without hesitation or judgement. After the surgery she ensured that I ate something before the journey home. It was the tastiest baguette I've had in years.

The surgeon, Mr Vadodaria is a very personable and approachable man. Ever the consummate professional, this man knows what he is doing and is a master at his trade. I felt at ease and in safe hands with him at all times.

I am aiming to grow old gracefully but I would not hesitate to recommend MACS clinic to others, or use them again. Thank you for this pleasant experience MACS.

My treatment was great, I had Ear pinning Surgery last week and everything was perfect and happy I had made a decision to do it , take me a bit time to decide but I think I made the right choice because I found the best clinic in London, the result were amazing and I am very happy with them , Mr ,Dr Vadodaria is very experienced, friendly and very confident about his job and the nurses and all staff were very helpful and friendly too . I would recommend MACS Clinic to everyone who are thinking to do it the surgery,

Actually I am a living testimony. Mr Vododaria is a very nice and good person, he treats his patient as family. I came here for otoplasty surgery and my experience and results are marvellous. The stuffs were down to earth and I am very happy with my results. I can boldly say that his services are quite cheap as compared to other clinics, i searched online and i found out that he has all the qualifications and qualities required as a surgeon. I really admire his good work and his personality as a whole. I can not thank him enough, I highly recommend Mr Vadodaria for his good work done.. Masha Allah

Had my procedure done on 16th of September 2023 (I don’t want to share what procedure this is as it’s private to me) … it was decided quickly and I was nervous as I don’t normally have a consultation and book the surgery all within a week but I did and was best decision really … they were so organised from the start and very prompt getting everything set in place … the surgery day itself was excellent .. the only fault I have is I had to wait a little before by scheduled time but they made up for that also. Overall 5 stars for me and I would be very happy to do any procedure there. My results are perfect also and it was the best price after shopping around and 5 star service and surgery.

Great team - very caring

I came to Mac's clinic for Ear correction I was very nervous as I suffer from anxiety.

Mr Vadodaria and his team were so caring and comforting throughout my surgery I almost felt like I had my family with me.

I am now post opp I have received phone calls making sure I’m not in pain and reassuring that they are there for me if I need anything.
