Long delay in shipping in stock items
Despite the items I ordered being in stock it took more than 7 days for them to send them to me, for the second time in a few months. With this company you always have postal charges unlike many other suppliers. In addition you are constantly bombarded with their e mails. I would choose to use other suppliers where possible

Hi Julie, thank you for your review. I see that your order was shipped within 5 days. It’s currently the busiest time of the year, which unfortunately means we’re unable to ship any faster. We also clearly mention this in our webshop. Deliveries within the Netherlands are free of shipping costs for orders over 60 euros!

Sadly I have now for 3 days tried to mail customer service regarding an order, they have taken money from my creditcard, but not supplied shipping information so I can see my order has been send... NO ANSWER of my mails at all...

Good quality, reasonable prices, extensive types of materials, great house brand
As b2b user I order pretty much all my creative materials from Vaessen.
Overall I’m very content with the website, the materials, delivering speed etcetera. They have a very good house brand which includes tools, paper, utensils, pretty much everything you can think of. It’s a very good alternative for the expensive brands.
With my first few orders I had issues with the delivery company and I contacted Vaessen. They put in their system that for my orders they’ll use another carrier and never had delivery issues again with that carrier.
Few things why it’s not 5* are that many items are out of stock, especially during the holiday season, many items don’t have a description or good detailed photos (only of the complete package), and the materials they sell are available at pretty much each whole seller, so I’m not able to get all my brands or materials. I often need to go to the US, Poland, UK and other countries for other whole sellers.
And 1 thing about the website: when you’ve looked at an item and go back it takes you back to the top of the page so you have to scroll down to where you were. I set it to 100 items per page so that’s quite annoying when you constantly need to scroll down to where you were.

Good overview of the order after ordering, quick delivery, well packed, the box was totally undamaged, unlike some other experiences. Didn’t get 100 pre-notifications that the order was on its way. One confirmation of the sending company, announcement of the courier service DPD, finally the time 1 hour frame of the delivery, (not 5 6 hours or more). Needless to say the delivery arrived in the promised time frame

I am trying to place an order. Every country imaginable is listed EXCEPT for the United States. I emailed this dorky business and asked why the US isn't listed, and that I had an order for them. ZERO response. I have prompted them again and again. ZERO response. There's rude, and then there's businesses like this that shouldn't be in business if this is an example of their customer service

Regarding your question: at the moment we do not ship to the United States, which is why this country does not appear in the list. As a fan of our collection, I understand that you’d love to get your hands on these items. As soon as we are able to ship to the United States, we will of course update our shipping options.

Vaessen ship to the UK
I am so pleased Vaessen ship to the UK, unlike most European shops. I was upset I would have to miss out on Marianne Design advent calendar until I found Vaessen who happily shipped it to the UK. Can’t wait for Dec. 1st!
