Great experience
This shop sells some brands of art supplies I couldn’t find anywhere else (in Europe) and at a decent price too. Shipping was fast. Very happy with the experience, will definitely be buying here again!

Slow service
The website is comprehensive and easy to use and there is a good range of products. However this is the second order I have placed with the company, and both experiences have been mixed. By today’s standards they are slow to process the orders and deliver them. I placed the first order on 4th November and it wasn’t shipped (not delivered, but shipped from them,) until 10th November, and this order I placed on 1st December and I am still awaiting notification that the order has been processed. Yet on both occasions the money left my bank account the next day. You can see why people turn to Amazon unfortunately!
