Vaiz is a work management platform for cross-functional product and tech teams replacing separate tools like Jira + Confluence or Asana + Notion with one workspace — at roughly half the combined cost. It brings tasks, docs, collaboration, and automation into one workspace, consolidating tools like Jira, Notion, and Confluence without the enterprise complexity or price tag. Organize work across Cards, List, Calendar, Milestones, and Gantt views. Break down work with subtasks, dependencies, custom fields, and multiple assignees. Set WIP limits on Kanban boards, visualize dependencies in Gantt, and group tasks into milestones and epics. Choose from 15+ templates across Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, OKR, RACI, RAID, and team-specific workflows for sales, marketing, development, recruitment, and more. Project docs live next to tasks — not in a separate tool. Write specs, plans, and documentation with a 60+ block editor that supports real-time co-editing, collaborative diagrams, data grids, code highlighting, LaTeX equations, and version history. Collaboration
Task comments, @mentions, real-time co-editing, and collaborative diagrams in tasks and docs. Shared dashboards give teams a centralized view of progress, workloads, and project activity. Set up trigger-based workflows to auto-assign tasks, update fields, send Slack notifications — no code needed. Ask the AI chat anything about your projects. It finds tasks and docs, digs through activity, drafts tasks for you to approve, and turns results into charts and diagrams. In the editor, AI helps you draft and rewrite specs and task descriptions using what's already in your workspace. In comments, mention @Vaiz to get an answer, a thread summary, or a task update right in the discussion. Via MCP, Vaiz plugs into Claude or Cursor: hand coding tasks to Cursor with full project context, or work through your backlog in a Claude chat — read, update, and close tasks without switching tools. Everything MCP can do, the built-in chat does too, and more. Native integrations: Slack, GitHub, and 9,000+ apps via Zapier. Embedded tools including Figma and Miro available directly inside documents and tasks. One-click project imports from Asana, Jira, Trello, YouTrack, and Linear. Notion import available now (tasks only, full import in development). ClickUp, Monday.com, and Wrike coming soon. Free plan for up to 10 users. Pro: $5/user/month. Premium: $9/user/month, includes AI and priority support. Enterprise: custom pricing. 30-day free trial on all paid plans. iOS app coming soon.

I've been using Viaz for about 6 months and I like it. It's simple and doesn't have complex tools, which makes the app easy to use. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the text editor — there are no comments in documents, and the text formatting is not standard. But I think the team will improve it soon.

I recommend it

Great software for our team. We manage all our tasks there now. We use the Kanban board the most - it's really convenient. Special thanks to the Vaiz team for always answering our questions quickly and efficiently

A Simpler, More Efficient Alternative to Jira

We’ve been using VAIZ for more than a year as our main tool for task management and team collaboration, and it has noticeably improved how we work.
The biggest advantage for us is simplicity. Compared to Jira, VAIZ feels much more intuitive, and everyday workflows require less effort. The team spends less time dealing with the tool itself and more time actually moving tasks forward.
We especially like how everything is structured within tasks — descriptions, comments, and documents are all in one place, which reduces context switching and keeps communication clear. Integrations with Slack and Miro also fit well into our workflow and help connect planning with execution.
A strong addition is the ability to work with AI tools like Claude or Cursor via MCP — for example, generating reports, requesting analytics, or creating tasks directly through AI.
There’s very little to criticize at this stage. The only thing we’re currently missing is bulk task editing, which would make managing larger volumes of tasks more efficient.
Overall, VAIZ delivers a clean, efficient, and modern approach to task management, and it has had a clear positive impact on our team’s productivity.

Vaiz has good features but feels overwhelming for our 8-person company. The platform tries to do everything, which makes it complex for teams that just need basic task management and document sharing. The learning curve was steeper than expected - it took our team almost a month to feel comfortable with all the features. The AI capabilities are impressive when they work correctly, but sometimes produce strange results. Customer support is responsive, which is appreciated. It's a powerful tool, but might be better suited for larger organizations with more complex needs.

We’ve tested Vaiz as a task management tool and were genuinely impressed. The interface is clean and pleasant to work with, everything feels fast and responsive. Moving tasks between columns is quick and smooth - no lag, no hassle.

Overall, the product feels polished and easy to use. It definitely gives a more enjoyable experience compared to Jira. If it were up to us, we’d gladly switch our main projects to Vaiz.

One small thing we noticed: after getting invited, it wasn’t immediately clear how to access or switch between workspaces. Not a major issue, but worth improving.

For teams looking for a simpler, well-designed alternative to heavier tools, Vaiz is definitely worth a try.

As an HR manager

As an HR manager, I can't praise Vaiz enough for simplifyng our onboarding process. The automation features are a lifesaver - we set up task chains that remind everyone what needs to be done and when, so nothing slips through the cracks anymore. The document collaboration is intuitive, and I appreciate how we can embed links and comments to keep everything organized.

I'm working with vaiz already for the second month. Initially, it was annoying that they force every little thing to be recorded in the system - i got used to just doing it and that it. But now i understood the trick - when all the tasks are in sight, it's much easier to plan time and not forger anything.
