She is very clear and precise over the phone, she help my family during a tuff time showing tremendous kindness and helpfulness, she arranged everything very quickly with my tickets and travel destination.. me and my family will always be flying with klm on all our international flights we can !! Just because of her great help thank you klm for haveing such outstanding employees!!!!

The whole thing is a scam. I was told extra money is to be paid for some fees and seat assignments. When I checked the airlines the seats were assigned in September 22. I was lied about “there are only five seats …”. the seat assignments given to me NOW are the same seats assigned by the airlines in Sept 2022. I was cheated about the whole thing.

It was a great problem for me.Because i cencel tow times my flight.that's why I fell in a big problem.Several times i called three or more person to solve my problem.but nobody was able to solve my problem...Bye the grace of almighty allah contract with Chris Cunningham.he took morning to evening worked really hard just to solve my problem.Finally i got a nice solution.

On Wednesday the 14th of December my wife and 2 kids were prevented to travel by a Turkish Airlines staff because my last daughter holds an American passport so she needs a Cameroon visa eventhough myself, wife and other kid are Cameroonians. He further explained that other passengers in same situation who traveled 3 days earlier were all stuck in Istanbul for 3 days so it will not be good for my wife and kids to face same problems. Feeling so disappointed and heartbroken 😞 💔 I and family drove back home then the next day I decided to call Turkey Airlines direct phone number and I was fortunate to stumbled on Perry Ramol who was able to take away the pain and frustration that occupied our hearts and put a smile on our faces and gave us hopes that our problem will be taken proper care of and my family will travel shortly thereafter.
