Max Wilson was very helpful booking me a flight for the holidays. He made sure I got a seat that worked well for me and my baby. He had also helped my husband book other flights in the past. He was very friendly and has great customer service.

The company is doing well by having the employees, like Max provide a phn # in the event we get disconnected. I also like receiving an email to confirm the flt change prior to saying good bye.

Grace Greenwood was exceptional! She changed 3 of our families flights from one side of the island to the other for both arrival and departures which is 6 different flights. She coordinate all 6 flights in a timely manner. She was polite and got the job done plus she followed up with me to ensure they were correct.

Max Wilson gave us such excellent information and guidance. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. The has not only the knowledge but he also has the patience and helpfulness that made us feel so comfortable.
