Took my bicycle in to replace…
Took my bicycle to Valecycles West Bridgford to replace Campagnolo bearings (I purchased bearings online). They only replaced the non drive side bearing, and not the drive side bearing .Basically they replaced one side of bearings and stole the other. Charges me £40 for less than half hour work. Gave them the opportunity to put it right...they refused. The date I took it in is approximate.

3-4 Months of use. Returning customer without any regard for the bike in question or even accusations towards the business and staff, as all components where over worn ie. chain and cassette for an example, lucky we even attempted a fix that is according the this person "easy" if so easy then try the repair yourself. Maybe go try blag to another store, certainly don't enter our premises again.
