I wanted so much a Prunus Mume, the red-ish version, and I found it at Vallonchene. The team was very fast in responding and guiding me, and also shipping the tree all the way to Bulgaria, very nicely packed. It is a gorgeous little tree, started to even blossom. So beautiful! So happy with everything from Vallonchene - start to finish. MERCI! And I had a little thank you note in Bulgarian! But the tree- just amazing, amazing! Thank you!

I’ve ordered a plant as a present from this company for two years now. They have always been so helpful - especially when I make a mistake in the order process. It’s a really good website. The recipient reports the plants are in good condition and all are still alive!!

The tree I bought arrived very well packaged to protect it. When it was unpacked, I found a healthy and vigorous tree that surpassed my expectations in terms of quality and size. This is the best experience I have had of buying plants online and I will buy more.

We were very pleased with the speed of the delivery. The packaging was excellent . It was very useful to have an email prior to delivery to offer advice on how to remove the packaging as it was quite complex. The accompanying planting notes were very helpful. The plant is healthy and in good condition.

I had no idea how to plant a tree, and the staff at Vallonchêne was very helpful and gave me lots of information and tips on how to go about it. Overall very happy with the experience I had.

I am very satisfied with the company, its products and its personnel who were very polite, kind and approachable. The only thing I was slightly dissatisfied with was the condition of the received parcel. However, that was out of the company's control because the plant got stressed out during its long journey and not in the nursery.

Great website, friendly and knowledgable people, fantastic choice of plants. And they look after customers who are having problems. I had a problem with my delivery (because of the courier, not Vallonchene) and they did everything possible to make it right for me. Great service expecially when I ordered for delivery to Ireland which was an extra effort for them. If you want great plants and great service, then try them out!!!
