Superb service, excellent packaging, the trees have been planted either side of our driveway and we are looking forward to watching them grow. Thank you also for the beautiful free gift Sa Via microphylia 'pink lips' which will look so pretty in our garden in the spring and summer months. :)
Ordered four lilacs which I couldn't get anywhere. I have had a good experience with a company back in the UK and was looking for a similar experience here in France.
The four lilacs looked alright, though a bit "tired". Which can be expected from a 2 day DPD ride. Though I found it rather weird how they packed the items.
In the UK, all my plants came in a specific cardboard box, pot at the bottom and the cardboard held the rest of the plant in place.
Leaderplant however didn't seem to care about top or bottom (neither did DPD, when the guy opened the door all the boxes were flying about in the van as if it were in a turbulance, car tyres smashing other boxes...). They basically put the plants flat in the box with two pots/plants always facing each other like this:

And the plants overlapped each other, which means one was flattend by the other. The box was stuffed with straw, whilst this reduced movement a bit, it clearly didn't help much, some leaves were still ripped off.
I do think the lilacs are OK, but for someone specialising in posting plants (and a delivery fee of 10€ !) I would have expected a more professional packaging.
Will see if the lilacs make it, as per instructions I planted them right away.
Otherwise, service was quick (though website said all postings happen on Wednesday, but it said it was only posted on Thursday) and website is easy enough to order. Prices seem OK, postage a bit expensive for what it was. But it did its job. I am sure there are worse options out there.
There is one more lilac I want I couldn't get anywhere, so if those lilacs I have now made it, I will use them again.
Perfect delivery, all plants was packaged neatly and arrived in a very good condition. I will definitely order again. (it was delivered to Germany)
Excellent website, very detailed and informative. Good prices, and accurate description of size of the plants. I had one or two issues with my order and delivery, and Leaderplant responded very quickly and solved the problems - they obviously care about plants, the environment and customers. Plants were well-packed and healthy. I would order again.

Les romarins ont été livrés en bon état, vous les avez plantés. Vous êtes revenu vers nous quelques temps après pour nous informer que 8 plants étaient morts.
Notre garantie 100% satisfait s'applique à la réception de la commande. A partir du moment où les Végétaux sont plantés et sans retour de votre part au moment de la livraison, nous estimons avoir livré un marchandise conforme. Nous avons néanmoins procédé au remboursement des 8 romarins.
