Value Checkers were appointed for the repair of my item following a home insurance claim. From the moment they were instructed to complete the repair, the communication was great- from arranging to collect the item, to updating me on receipt, progress of the repair and delivery.

These guys are amazing. I’ll be honest my insurers were comfortable to delay the process but value checkers kept me informed by personal text day in day out and worked with me to get my repairs done as soon as possible. To have someone physically texting me having a proper conversation day in day out rather than an automated service is unheard of these days and very refreshing. I would recommend to anyone needing a good service. Not only that they used real apple products to repair and I genuinely think my MacBook works better now than it did before. Genuinely thank you so so much Value Checkers!
