A very easy ordering process

Errors made, poor communication
Made an error on pricing on website, then cancelled without any correspondence. I emailed asking why and was met with “we have made an error, deal with it attitude”. No offer of a discount or any other communication, took my business elsewhere.
Can’t imagine they will be decent if you have any issues with your order going by my experience.

Apologies for the miss price on the website during the weekend updates and that we could not supply the multiple £300 radiators at £30 each which you had purchased. We cancelled and refunded the order straight away and an email was also sent at the same time.

Not next day delivery if you are in Scotland.
Not next day delivery if you are in Scotland, and I don't mean the highlands or Islands. The Borders of Scotland! Called to check where our order was only to be told "our courier has it and will deliver it next week as you're in Scotland" Not good enough and nothing mentioned on your website regarding this. Contrary to what Nicola Sturgeon thinks, we are part of the UK. Order cancelled.
