We couldn't have asked for more professional drivers from Bethesda to NY. They were timely, drove safely, and communicated in a manner that made us feel we were first class customers.

I loved being able to extend my trip in New York so easily. I actually pushed my ticket back twice. Both Vamoose reps who helped me were competent, efficient, and polite. Love Vamoose. Keep up the great work.

I have been riding Vamoose for almost five years now and I have to say it has never given me a reason to pick another company.

The staff is great. They are always on time. The buses are clean and the point reward system allows me free rides since I travel a lot.

More expensive but a lot less hassle than other bus services. Convenient pick-up and drop off locations near Penn Station and in Bethesda/Arlington/Lorton. Safe driver, clean bus, easy loading process (first-come, first-serve). Only gripe was poor internet connection but that's fairly common on most buses.

take any seat you wanted. If there are an empty seat you should not
put your bag and take two seats.

Always on time, convenient public parking facility near Bethesda and pleasant staff. It would be more pleasant journey if would make 10minutes rest area stop both directions near Delaware and this will make journey more Hygenic. 4 hours nonstop is stuffy and not healthy.

I have been using Vamoose since its inception and continue to be impressed with its efficiency and excellent customer service. The website makes it easy to make or change a reservation and if there should be a glitch, I call the office and am helped immediately. Their prices are still in the wow! territory and I have yet to meet an employee that isn't polite and helpful. May it go on forever!

Clean and comfortable. Drivers were professional and drove safely. We arrived both ways taking 4 hours each way. I would strongly recommend it to others. My name was on the list, no issues and the vamoose personnel were helpful and courteous both in Bethesda and at Penn Station.

Vamoose bus is a convenient and cost effective way to travel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buses are punctual, clean and comfortable, except bathrooms mostly iffy and always smelly.
Love the Gold bus and wish there were more frequent service without Bethesda stops.

In general Vamoose bus service is better compared with others such as Boltbus and Megabus. I also like the New York bus stop being near Penn Station.

Most drivers were very good except one or twice it was rough riding on the bus.

Trash bags were not disrtibuted to passengers and and toilets were not kept clean some time.

Overall, Vamoose Bus service is very good

The Vamoose bus between NY and DC is a cheap way to travel. They are always on time and the service is good.

I don't think there is enough room between the seats. My legs were cramped.

The regular bus out of NY is a slightly padded sardine can! I am a mess when we disembark! My husband is 6'3" and feels worse than a coach sweet in a plane.
Some of the baggage handlers are polite, others not. The last time we had to take it was April 30, 2015. We had to take it because there are no Gold Buses before 4pm.
The attendant, I think his name was Myron, was rude and unconcerned and behaved as if he were doing us a favor.
I understand " you get what you pay for" but rudeness is unacceptable!
If there were a 12:30 or 2:30 bus we would never take the regular bus.
All that being said, I had the misfortune of taking a Megabus, before learning of Vamoose, it was horrible!

It was my first time using Vamoose to NYC, but it was punctual, fast (4 hours each way!), and convenient.

It was a nice comfortable ride but the wifi never worked.

The staff is very organized and professional. The bus leaves on time, and the ride is comfortable. I trust the company and its employees. The website is easy to use, and making changes to an itinerary is very easy. This is a very well-run company.

The Internet, on all the buses, is very slow, so if you need to work, bring your own wifi. Internet is advertised as a service, but in reality, it does not work.

Coming from NY to Bethesda on Sunday afternoon all the passengers probably got a cold. The temperature inside the bus was freezing with the AC so high and the bus driver told us that he set it on 74 but wasn't working... we cough and sneeze the four hours of the trip. Couldn't he just put if off for some time? The service is usually the best I've known. Always on time, professional and responsible drivers, nice buses and a good price. And also a very friendly web page with excellent customer service.
if the weather is so beautiful, why do we have to wear jackets and feel like it's winter inside the buses?

From the moment I arrived at the stop, the professionalism of the staff and driver was extraordinary. The bus was very comfortable. Each leather seat had a tray table and power. There was plenty of legroom. The bottle of water and newspaper was a plus.
I'm looking forward to riding with Vamoose again.

I travel between Bethesda and NYC frequently and have never had any complaints traveling with Vamoose. The drivers are always safe, courteous and make the trips as timely as possible. Fellow passengers are also just as polite. I strongly recommend Vamoose :)
